In this talk entitled Siddha Tradition Sleeping Your Way To Enlightenment, His Divine Holiness (HDH) shared a very powerful truth and cognition “You don’t need to waste much of your waking time to work for enlightenment. Just your sleeping time can be used for enlightenment and waking time you can use it to create the outer world.” He revealed that sleeping your way to enlightenment will really make your enlightenment quick, fast and of course easy. He went onto share the experiences and truths of Divya Shariris and how the body physically slows down aging by just receiving energy darshan. His Divine Holiness went into details about each of the dream states concluded summarising his discourse sharing that the sleepful waking state will stop aging, sleepful dreaming will make you quickly age.
