Rudrayamala Tantra 23.53-54, 58-59

Original Verse

"योन्यासनं पर्वतेन योगं योगफलेऽनिलम्। तत्कालफललन्तावत् खेचरो यावदेवहि॥२३.५३॥ पादयोगेन चक्रस्य लिङ्गाग्रं यो नियोजयेत्। अन्यत् पदमुरौ दत्त्वा तत्र योन्यासनं भुवि॥२३.५४॥"

Transliteration

"uttāna śayanaṃ ekaikaṃ pādaṃ grīvāyāṃ vinyasya

itara hastena  pādāgraṃ  gṛhītvā  itarapādahatistau

laṃbīkṛtya tiṣṭet anantāsanaṃ bhavati ॥4॥"

Translation

"By doing the yoniāsana along with parvatāsana the fruits of vital breath are gained; Until it becomes khecara (light as space) certainly. (23.53)

He who presses the front portion of the cakra and penis with toe of his foot; And places the end of the second foot on the corresponding thigh, it becomes yoniāsana. (23.54)

O Lord! this yoniāsana is very distinguished (rare) among the Yogis (for) having filled up the body with vital breath (prāņavāyu), and contracting the mūlādhāra cakra should be stabilised. (23.58)

The practitioner who does this āsana alternatively by the left and right method perfecting the pūraka and kumbhaka, he becomes a siddha (expert with Yogic powers). (23.59)"

Instruction

"1. Sit with the left heel pressing the generative organ and toes under the thigh. 2. Place right foot on opposite thigh. 3. Place hands on knees "
