Original Verse
एडी दोउ गुदा तरि आनै फणा पाणि बैठक पुनि ठानै गोडा जंघ अधर करि रहै आडे बाम इसी विधि गहै ॥८१ दोउ भुजा नभ दिसा पसारै कमल स्वरूप अंगुरि धारै पौहचा मधि छिद्र पुनि ठानै छिद्र विषै पुनि द्रिष्टि जु आनै॥८२
Transliteration
"eòé dou gudätari änai | phaëä päëi baiöhaka puni öhänai ॥ goòä jaìgha adhara kari rahai | äòe väya isé vidha gahai ॥ 82 ॥ doü bhujä nabha disä pasärai | kamala svarüpa aìguré dhärai ॥ pauhacä madhi chidra puni tänai | chidra vikhai puni driñöi ju änai ॥ 83 ॥"
Translation
Place both the heels below the arms, knees and thighs should remain lifted up, take both the hands towards sky and form a lotus with the help of fingers. At the root of the palm a hole be formed where the sadhaka should bring his gaze. Also contract the abdomen which means practise Uddiyana. It increases the gastric fire. Removes all kinds of disorders.

Instruction
1. Sit on the heels keeping the feet upright.
2. Separate the knees and place them on the ground.
3. Bring the hands above the head, palms together and fingers open like a lotus.
4. Look up through the opening at the base of the palms.
