In this video, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam guides the delegates of the Inner Awakening convention through a mandala process to awaken their kundalini by using 16 sacred sounds, also known as Shodasi. The delegates are seated in a mandala, representing the shape of the cosmic DNA, and the intense sounds that are chanted by His Divine Holiness, invokes this same shape in the brain of those present.
