In this clip taken from discourse titled, "Accept and Transcend the Oneness", Swamiji gives us a beautiful technique to transform ourselves by looking at ourselves through the eyes of others. This very technique was used by Swamiji as well as Swami Vivekananda and have yielded significant other benefits such as the tremendous capacity to read books at 10 times the pace of normal beings. This is a Nithya sutra technique which can be used all the time to cause the transformation in us.
