HDH Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, lovingly referred to as Swamiji went on an 'Ananda Ula' (Blissful tour) in various places in Tamilnadu, giving free discourses under the banner 'Kadavai Thira Katru varattum', conducting meditation programs, visiting and energizing homes and visiting temples. People gathered in large numbers everyday to listen to Swamiji's talks on Spirituality and other issues related to everyday life.

The Pudukottai leg of the tour happened on the 02nd of November 2004.

Swamiji conducted the Shakthi Spurana Programme (SSP) at Pudukottai. This is a one-day meditation programme that deals with the 3 bodies in us namely the Physical, Subtle and Causal bodies. Apart from discussing the benefits of cleansing these three bodies, Swamiji also makes the people practise 3 meditation techniques, one for each body.
