• Parama Satyas about the Cosmic law, country law, Conscious sovereignty, religious autonomy, Parama Satyas about these great Truths, these great Principles.

• Listen!

• Paramashiva in His pure Oneness space, He remains as HE. When He manifests as many and celebrates Himself, He manifests Jagat and celebrates Himself.

• And when He manifests as many and celebrates Himself, the smaller components celebrating the Jagat because of the powerful presence of Him starts feeling they are Jeeva and they are enjoying Jagat.

• Listen! Listen carefully.

For example, even though you enjoy the sweet through your tongue, sometimes your tongue feels it is enjoying the sweet because you are alive in your tongue. Because you are alive in your tongue, tongue feels it is enjoying the world, pleasure, sweet.

• Same way, the part of Paramashiva which is enjoying the world – Jagat, starts feeling it is Jeeva and it is enjoying the world, but it feels it is alive because of Paramashiva's presence.

• Sometimes, the tongue forgets it is enjoying the sweetness because of the presence of the Consciousness. Same way, the Jeeva starts thinking it's enjoying the world because of himself and not remembering he himself is alive because He is alive, His presence gives him the feeling of being alive. This is the way Jeeva, Eshwara, Jagat manifest.

• Now listen!

• The world enjoyed by Eshwara is ‘THE world’. The Eshwara's Jagat is ‘The Jagat’, ‘THE world’.

• What Jeeva enjoys is ‘his world’ - a part of Paramashiva, part of Eshwara enjoys part of ‘the world’.

• Part of Eshwara enjoys part of ‘THE world’ which is ‘MY world’. So, what Jeeva enjoys is ‘MY world’.

• As long as Jeeva is entangled with ‘my world’, Jeeva will feel he is ‘separate entity’ and as long as the interaction with ‘my world’ is there, Jeeva will feel he is separate from Shiva, Eshwara. If Jeeva starts seeing ‘THE world’, he will remember he is Eshwara and Eshwara's ‘THE world’ only will exist. ‘My world’ will disappear and dissolve.

• Understand the Truths, these Paramasatyas: Paramashiva in his Oneness, exists, enjoys, celebrates himself and he decides to become many and celebrate himself, enjoy himself. So, he manifests as Jagat, the world. Then, when he is enjoying ‘the world’, Jagat, part of him starts feeling that part is enjoying independent of the Whole, the Jagat, and that part is called Jeeva and the world enjoyed by the Jeeva is ‘my world’.

• The Jeeva's world... I'll give you one example. At night, we perceive stars to be right next to each other.

• But in reality, they are millions of years apart! Listen! At night, we perceive stars to be next to each other in our world, the Jeeva's ‘my world’, in ‘our world’. But in reality, they are millions of light years apart. In Paramashiva's ‘the world’, in Paramashiva's Jagat, they are millions of light years apart. But in the Jeeva, individual soul’s ‘my world’, it is perceived as stars to be right next to each other. Light takes millions of years to reach earth from stars.

• Paramashiva sees them millions of light years apart but Jeeva sees them right next to each other. Do you see? What you see is not what is. Light takes millions of years to reach earth from stars.

• Light year is the distance light travels in one year which is nearly six trillion miles. Light traverses Cosmic distances at infinite speed, meaning, we witness stars as they were, not as they are. For example, the Virgo, cluster galaxies, appear to us as they existed when dinosaurs roamed earth! And Betelgeuse star might have already exploded into supernova. Yet, we still see it as a star for next 600 years!

• So, understand, we don't see reality. We see history unfolding!

(THE SPH REVEALS THE ABOVE TRUTHS IN TAMIL:) • ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள், பரமசிவப் பரம்பொருள் தன் சுபாவ சத்-சித்-ஆனந்தமயமாக, தன் இருப்பு, இருப்பை உயிர்ப்பாய் உணர்வது, இருப்பை உயிர்ப்பாய் உணர்வதால் பொங்கும் ஆனந்தம், இந்த நிலையில் பரமாத்வைதத்தில் இருக்கின்றார். இந்த நிலையில் தன்னைத்தானே கொண்டாடவும், அனுபவிக்கவும் ஒன்று பலவாய் மலர்ந்து, தன்னைத்தானே அவர் ஆனந்திக்கின்றார். அனுபவிக்கின்றார். அந்த ஒன்று பலவாய் மலர்வதே இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சம்.

• ஈஸ்வரன் - ஈசன், தான் இருப்புநிலையில் இருந்து, தன்னைத்தானே பலவாராய் அனுபவிக்க, தான் பலவாய் மலர்ந்ததே ஈசனும் - பிரபஞ்சமும். ஈசன் பலவாய் மலர்ந்து, பிரபஞ்சத்தை ஆனந்தித்திருக்கையிலே, அவன் பாகங்கள் சில இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை, தானும் தனி சுவதந்திரத்தோடு அனுபவிப்பதைப்போன்ற ஒரு உணர்வை உணர்கின்றது.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள், ஒரு இனிப்பை உங்கள் நா சுவைப்பது, உங்கள் ஆத்மாவின் இருப்பினால்தான். இந்த உடலுக்குள், உங்கள் ஆத்மாவின் இருப்பு இல்லையென்றால், ஒரு இனிப்பை உங்கள் நா சுவைக்க இயலாது. ஆனால் சிலநேரங்களில் உங்கள் நா, தானே அந்தச் சுவையை சுவைப்பதாகக் கருதுவதுபோலவே, பரமசிவனின் சில பாகங்கள் தாங்களே இந்த உலகத்தை அனுபவிப்பதாகக் கருதும்பொழுது, அந்த பாகத்திற்கு 'ஜீவன்' என்று பெயர்.

• அந்த ஜீவன், பரமசிவன் அனுபவிக்கின்ற பிரபஞ்சத்தை அனுபவிப்பதில்லை. தனக்கென்று ஒரு சிறிய உலகத்தை உருவாக்கிக்கொண்டு அதை அனுபவிக்கின்றது.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள், பரமசிவப் பரம்பொருள் தானே தன்மயமாய் இருக்கும் பரமாத்வைத நிலையில், தன்னையேத் தானாய்.. தன்னில் தானாய் இருந்து ஆனந்தத்தில் இருக்கின்றார். அவர் தன்னைப் பலவாய் வெளிப்படுத்தித் தன்னைத் தானே ஆனந்திக்கும்பொழுது, தன்னில் இருந்து இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை மலரவைக்கின்றார். அவருடைய சிறு பாகங்கள், அவருடைய வேறு வேறு பாகங்கள் இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை ஆனந்திக்கும்பொழுது, அவருடைய சாந்நித்யத்திலிருந்து, தனிப்பட்ட விதத்தில், தனிசுவதந்திரத்தோடு தனித்தன்மையோடு, தான் இந்த உலகை அனுபவிப்பதாக அது உணரும்பொழுது அதற்கு 'ஜீவன்' என்று பெயர்.

• அந்த ஜீவன், பரமசிவன் அனுபவிக்கின்ற முழுப் பிரஞ்சத்தையும், அவருடைய நோக்கிலிருந்து அவருடையப் பார்வையிலிருந்து அனுபவிக்காது, தனக்கென்று ஒரு சிறு உலகத்தை உருவாக்கிக்கொண்டு அனுபவிக்கின்றது. அதுதான் சிற்றுலகம் - ஜீவனுடைய உலகம். ஜீவன், ஜீவனுடைய உலகம் - ஜீவ உலகம்.

• ஆழ்ந்து புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்… நாம் எல்லோரும் இருப்புப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை, பிரபஞ்சத்தின் இருப்பை, இருப்புப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை அவ்வாறே உணர்வதில்லை. நம் சிற்றுலகத்தையேக் காணுகின்றோம், உணருகின்றோம், அனுபவிக்கின்றோம், ஆராய்கின்றோம். சகலத்தையும் இந்த சிற்றுலகோடு மட்டும்தான் ஜீவன் செய்கின்றது. ஜீவன், ஜீவனுடைய தன்னுலகமான சிற்றுலகத்தைத்தான் அனுபவிக்கின்றது. நாம் எல்லா ஜீவர்களும் சேர்ந்து அனுபவிக்கும் உலகம்கூட, நம் உலகம் - சிற்றுலகேத் தவிர, இருக்கும் உலகம் அல்ல.

• ஒரு சிறிய உதாரணம், இரவிலே நீங்கள் நட்சத்திரங்களை வானிலே காணும்பொழுது, அந்த நட்சத்திரங்கள் ஒன்றுக்கொன்று அருகாமையில் இருப்பதைப்போன்று உணருகின்றீர்கள். ஆனால், நீங்கள் அடுத்தடுத்ததாக மிகவும் அருகாமையில் இருக்கும் நட்சத்திரங்களாகப் பார்க்கின்றவைகூட, பல இலட்சம் ஒளியாண்டுகள் இடைவெளியில் இருக்கின்றன. அவை அடுத்தடுத்து இல்லை.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள், ஒளி ஆண்டு என்றால் என்னவென்றால், ஒளி ஒரு ஆண்டுகாலம் எவ்வளவு தூரத்தைக் கடக்கின்றதோ… 6 ட்ரில்லியன் மைல்கள்தான் ஒரு ஒளி ஆண்டு. நாம் மிக நெருக்கமாக அருகருகாமையில் இருப்பதாக நினைக்கின்ற நட்சத்திரங்கள்கூட, பல ஒளியாண்டுகள் தூரத்தில் இருக்கின்றன. அதனால், இருப்புப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை நாம் காணவில்லை, அனுபவிக்கவில்லை. நம் சிற்றுலகத்தைக் காணுகின்றோம், அனுபவிக்கின்றோம்.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… உலகம், பிரபஞ்சம் எவ்வாறு இருக்கின்றதோ அவ்வாறு நாம் பார்க்கவில்லை. நமக்கு எவ்வாறு எட்டுகிறதோ, அவ்வாறுதான் பார்க்கின்றோம். சிவ உலகம் வேறு, ஜீவ உலகம் வேறு. இருப்பு, ஈசனுடைய இருப்பு உலகம் வேறு. அதுதான் சிவ உலகம். ஈசனின் இருப்பு உலகம் - சிவ உலகம். ஜீவன் அனுபவிக்கும் உலகம் - ஜீவ உலகம்.

• உதாரணத்திற்கு, ஒளி மிக வேகத்தோடு செல்லுகின்றது. நான் முதலிலேயே சொல்லியதுபோல, ஒளி ஆண்டு... அதாவது ஒரு வருடத்தில் ஒளி 6 ட்ரில்லியன் மைல்கள் கடக்கின்றது. அதுதான் ஒளி ஆண்டு. நாம் இரவில் பார்க்கும்பொழுது அருகருகாமையில் இருக்கின்ற நட்சத்திரங்கள்கூட, பல இலட்சம் ஒளி ஆண்டுகள் தூரத்தில் இருக்கின்றன. அவை இரண்டிற்கும் இடையிலே இருக்கின்ற இடைவெளி, பல இலட்சம் ஒளி ஆண்டுகள்!

• ஒரு உதாரணம் சொல்லவேண்டும் என்றால், Virgo cluster galaxy ஐ இப்பொழுது நாம் பார்க்கின்றோம், ஆனால் அது இப்பொழுது எப்படி இருக்கின்றதோ, அப்படிப் பார்க்கவில்லை. டைனோசர்கள் பூமியில் சுற்றிக்கொண்டிருந்தக் காலத்தில் அது எப்படியிருந்ததோ அப்படித்தான் இப்பொழுது நாம் பார்க்கின்றோம். அப்படியென்றால், இப்பொழுது நட்சத்திரங்கள் எப்படி இருக்கின்றனவோ அப்படி நாம் பார்ப்பதில்லை, பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு அவை எவ்வாறு இருந்ததோ அப்படிப் பார்க்கின்றோம். நாம் நிகழ்காலமாக பார்ப்பது, கடந்தகாலம் மட்டுமல்ல, பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகள் கடந்தகாலம். அதேமாதிரி Betelgeuse starவெடித்து பல ஆண்டுகள் நிகழ்ந்துவிட்டன. ஆனால் இன்னமும் நாம் அதை நட்சத்திரமாகப் பார்த்துகொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். அடுத்து தொடர்ந்து 600 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு நாம் அதைத் தொடர்ந்து நட்சத்திரமாகப் பார்ப்போம். ஆனால் அது வெடித்துச் சிதறி பல ஆண்டுகள் நடந்துவிட்டன. இப்பொழுது அந்த Betelgeuse star உண்மையில் இல்லை. சிவப்பிரபஞ்சத்தில், சிவலோகத்தில் Betelgeuse star வெடித்துச் சிதறிவிட்டது. அது இல்லை! ஆனால் ஜீவப் பிரபஞ்சத்தில், ஜீவனின் லோகத்தில் நாம் அதை இன்னும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். இன்னும் 600 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பார்ப்போம்.

• இந்த சத்தியத்தைப் புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். நாம் இருப்பை உணர்வதில்லை, நாம் உணர்வது நிஜமான, சத்தியமான இருப்போ, உலகமோ அல்ல! இது ஒரு சத்தியம். அடுத்தது வருகிறேன்..

• There is one more layer, one more truth you need to understand: We don't see reality; our brain creates them!

• Human vision works by collecting quick snapshots of the world, not a smooth live stream. Our eyes and brain process 60 images per second. We call it click critical flicker fusion rate. When our eyes move quickly, it's called saccades. There are brief moments when we don't see anything. That space is saccadic suppression. But our brain fills in those gaps. It's called perpetual interpolation. There is also a short delay - the neural processing delay - about hundred milliseconds before we actually see what is happening. So what we experience as a continuous view is really our brain stitching together many quick images and filling in the blanks!

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… 'கண்ணை நம்பாதே, உண்னை ஏமாற்றும் நீ காணும்போது.. உண்மை இல்லாதது…'

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்.. நம்முடைய பார்வை நாம் நினைப்பதுபோல, ஒரு இசைவான நேரலை அல்ல! நம்முடைய கண்ணும் மூளையும் சேர்ந்து ஒவ்வொரு விநாடிக்கும் 60 படங்களை எடுத்து… அதை ஆங்கிலத்தில் critical flicker fusion rate என்று சொல்வோம். ஒரு விநாடிக்கு 60 புகைப்படங்களைக் கண் எடுக்கின்றது. நம்முடைய கண் வேகமாக இயங்கும்பொழுது.. (அதை saccate என்று ஆங்கிலத்தில் சொல்வோம்) ஒரு சிறிய இடைவெளி இருக்கின்றது. அந்த இடைவெளியில் நாம் எதையும் பார்ப்பதில்லை. அந்த இடைவெளிக்கு ஆங்கிலத்தில் saccadic suppression என்று பெயர். நம்முடைய மூளை இந்த saccadic suppression-ஐ, அந்த இடைவெளியை நிறைவுசெய்து, perceptual interpolation செய்வது மூலமாக இந்தச் சிறு இடைவெளியை நிறைவுசெய்து, அந்த neural processing delay அந்த இடைவெளி வந்து 100 மில்லி செகெண்ட், 100 மில்லிசெகெண்ட் இடைவெளியை, 100 மில்லி விநாடி இடைவெளியை அது நிறையிட்டுக் காட்டுகின்றது.

• உண்மையில் என்ன நடக்கின்றது என்று நாம் பார்ப்பதற்கு முன்பாக இதுதான் நடக்கின்றது. நாம் பார்ப்பது தொடர் நேரலைபோலத் தெரிந்தாலும், அது நம் மூளையால் தைக்கப்பட்டு, நமக்குக் காட்டப்படும் காட்சியேத் தவிர, பல்வேறு தொடர்ந்து எடுக்கப்பட்டப் புகைப்படங்களை மூளை ஒன்றாகத் தைத்து, நமக்கு அதன் இடையிலே இருக்கின்ற இடைவெளிகளை நிரப்பி, நமக்கு நேரலைபோலக் காட்டுகின்றது. இதை ஆழ்ந்து புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்.

• Viveka Chudamani beautifully says: mano hasyendriya kramam prakashiyati sarvataha swapne jagarativa sarvam mana kalpitamevahi

• Translation: Mind alone illuminates the senses. Whether in waking or dream states, everything is a projection of mind.

• So Viveka Chudamani beautifully reveals the mind's role in constructing reality akin to perpetual interpolation.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… மனதால்தான் இந்திரியங்கள் உயிர்பெற்று, நம்முடைய ஜாக்ரத நிலையையும், சுவப்ன நிலையையும் உணர்வதாக அனுபவிக்கின்றோம்.

• So listen... the next Truth:

• Yoga Vaasishta’s chapter 7, 14th verse clearly says:

yatha soumyai kenamrit pindena sarvam mrinmayam vijnaatham syaat

• Translation: Just as by knowing one lump of clay, all clay objects are understood as mere names and forms, so too, the universe is projection of the mind's perception.

• So, mind plays an important role in shaping perceived reality akin to neural processing creating coherence from fragments.

(THE SPH CONTINUES IN ENGLISH:) • Again, Mandukya Upanishad's Gautapada Karika says in the first canto, 16th verse

• swapnaanantho swapnaanthe yata vijnaate vishwam tvatitam jagat maya maatra midam dvaitam advaitam paramarthataha

• Translation: Just as the dream world dissolves upon waking, this universe, is merely an illusion of duality. Non-duality alone is the Ultimate Truth.

• So understand: The Parama satya, Paramarthika satya and Vyaavakaarika satya…

• So how, waking to reality, waking reality to a dream, you realize, the brain constructed the dream, same way, this whole duality perceived is ‘maya maatramidam’. When you wake up, it is Paramadvaita!

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… சுவப்ன நிலையிலிந்து நீங்கள் விழித்துக்கொண்டு ஜாக்ரத நிலைக்கு வரும்பொழுது, எவ்வாறு ஸ்வப்னம் உங்கள் மனதாலேக் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு அனுபவம் என்று புரிந்துகொள்ளுகின்றீர்களோ, 'இல்லாதது ஆனால் இருப்பதைப்போல கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றது' என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொள்கின்றீர்களோ, அதேபோல பரமாத்வைத நிலைக்கு விழிப்படையும்பொழுது, இந்த உலகம்கூட உங்கள் மனத்தால், மனத்தின் உதவியோடு மூளையால் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டதுதான் என்று நீங்கள் புரிந்துகொள்வீர்கள்.

• Now you need to understand: The Cosmic law is different, how Cosmos functions is different and how you perceive is different. So what all of us perceive as life, based on that, we make laws… we make laws. That is called ‘country law’.

• Listen.

• What exists as Cosmos, its laws, its way of working, way of functioning, way of existing, everything is different. What all of us perceive as ‘the world’ is different. But, we all need to exist, coexist as a society. So for all of us, for our convenience, we create certain laws, that is called country law. Prapancha Satyas (Prapancha - Cosmic) are different, Prapancha Dharma is different. Desha satyas (desha - country) are different and desha dharma is different.

• Listen!

• Country law is only an agreement between human beings. It's like traffic rules: ‘Hey! In the red light, you should not move. Give place... give road for others to move... who have green light, so accidents will be avoided.’ It is simple understanding amongst us like traffic rules.

• Same way, country law is made by us for our comfort. But unfortunately, human beings start thinking, country law is a solution for all our problems of life. No. Understanding Cosmic law is only the solution for all.

• When a mass is not capable to understand Cosmic law, country law should be only a stop gap arrangement.

• Listen! Scholars from Cambridge University have documented how Nationalism can act as a modern religion replacing universal Cosmic moral frameworks with the laws and values for the nation state when a state law is projected as absolute rather than as a practical provisional system. This can foster exclusion, intolerance and even violence as seen in historical examples like Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin. I am giving you the link for the source. Source is ‘Nationalities papers’. I am projecting the link. If you have time, go and read this and understand what I am saying.

• All I am trying to tell you is, Cosmic law is different, country law is different.

• I have a small story: As his disciple during satsang, Guru asks: Tell me what is the difference between Cosmic law and country law. Disciple says, ‘Cosmic law is Paramashiva's command, country law is parking rules.’ Guru asks: Good! What happens if you break Cosmic law?’ Disciple: You get reborn again and again. • The Masters who were in the state of Paramadvaita, who know the Cosmic law, designed country law to align the mass to the Cosmic law. That country law is Dharma.

• Listen! You need a country law. Without country law you can't run, coexist as a society. But, the country law designed by those who know the Cosmic law to align the mass to Cosmic law is called Dharma.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தர்மமும், விதியும் வேறு, நாம் வாழுகின்ற தேசங்களின் தர்மங்களும், விதிகளும் வேறு. பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தர்மம் வேறு, பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதிகள் வேறு. தேசத்தின் விதிகள் வேறு. • தேசத்தின் விதிகள் இல்லாமல் வாழவும் முடியாது. சமூகத்தில் நாம் எல்லோரும் ஒருவரோடு ஒருவர் இயங்கியாக வேண்டும். நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் இடையிலும் புரிதல் இருந்தாக வேண்டும். சமூக சட்டங்கள் இருந்தாக வேண்டும், தேசத்தின் சட்டங்கள் இருந்தாகவேண்டும். அப்பொழுதுதான், நாம் எல்லோரும் ஒருவரோடு ஒருவர் சமூகமாக சுமூகமாக இயங்கமுடியும். அப்பொழுது, தேச விதிகள் தவிர்க்க முடியாதவை எனும்பொழுது, தேச விதிகள், பிரபஞ்சவிதிகளோடு நம்மை இணைப்பதற்காக, பிரபஞ்ச சத்திய நிலையில் - பரமாத்வைத நிலையில் வாழும் ரிஷிகள் உருவாக்கிய தேச விதிகளுக்கு 'தர்மம்' என்று பெயர். சில நேரத்தில் இந்த தேச விதிகள், பிரபஞ்ச தர்மத்திலிருந்து நம்மை அகற்றிக்கொண்டுச் செல்லுகின்றவையாக மாறிவிடும். மனிதர்கள் உருவாக்குகின்ற தேசத்தின் சட்டங்கள்… பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதியிலிருந்து, பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தர்மத்திலிருந்து நம்மைத் தள்ளிப்போகச்செல்லும். வெகு தூரம் செல்லவைக்க சாத்தியம் உண்டு. பல நாட்டினுடைய விதிகள், சட்டதிட்டங்கள் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதியிலிருந்து மனிதர்களை வெகுதூரம் தள்ளி அழைத்துச் சென்றுவிடுகின்றது.

• ஆனால்... மனிதர்களை, பிரபஞ்ச தர்மத்தை நோக்கிச் செல்வதற்காக, பிரபஞ்ச தர்மத்தை நோக்கிக் கொண்டு செல்வதற்காக ஏற்படுத்தப்படுத்தப்பட்ட தேச விதிகளுக்கு 'தர்மம்' என்று பெயர். மனுவாதி தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்கள், மனிதனைப் பிரபஞ்ச விதிக்குக் கொண்டு செல்வதற்காக, பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தர்மத்தைப் புரிந்துகொள்வதற்காக, அதை நோக்கிக்கொண்டு செலுத்தும் தர்மமாக, தேசத்திற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.

• ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… பிரபஞ்ச தர்மத்தை நோக்கி மனிதர்களைக் கொண்டுசெல்லும் தேச தர்மமே - மனுவாதி தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்கள்.

• ம்ருகேந்திர ஆகமம் மிகத்தெளிவாகச் சொல்லுகின்றது…

• பஞ்சக்ருத்யப் பிரகரணத்தில், 18வது ஸ்லோகத்திலே… 'ஸத்தா ஸ்வரூப கரணார்த்த விதேயத் த்ருபி: லேஸோதீதாபிஷிதி: பே வித்யையா தத்வம் தே மோஷயந்தீ பவீணி பவாங்கநாம்நோ விஸ்தரேனப் புருஷ: பசு பாச ரூபம்.

• உயர்ந்த ஞானம் கொண்டிருந்தாலும், உச்ச தத்வமான பரமாத்மாவை பந்தம்போல, நாட்டுச் சட்டங்கள், உலகியல் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் போன்றவற்றை இறுதி உண்மையெனப் பார்ப்பவர்கள், தாமும் முக்தியடையாமல் மற்றவர்களையும் முக்திக்கு அடையவைக்காமல் அழிக்கின்றார்கள்.

• நன்றாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்… தேசத்தின் விதிகள்…பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதிகளை நோக்கி, உங்களைக் கொண்டுசெலுத்துவது 'தர்மம்'. தேசத்தின் விதிகளிலிருந்துப் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதியை நோக்கி உங்களைக் கொண்டுசெலுத்தும் வழியிலேயே, தேசத்தின் விதிகளிலிருந்துப் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் விதிகளை நோக்கி நீங்கள் செல்லுவதற்கு சகாயமாக – மார்க்கமாக, தேசத்தின் விதிகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டால் அதற்கு 'தர்மம்' என்று பெயர். இதுபோல் அமைக்கப்பட்டதுதான் மனுவாதி தர்மசாஸ்த்திரங்கள்.

• Translation: All governance should impart knowledge of Shiva, the Cosmic Truth. Other laws only blind. Hence follow wisdom oriented laws – Dharma.

• So listen!

• Kailasa is created with the country law called ‘Manuvaathi Dharma Shastras’, so you are moved towards Cosmic law, you are not moved away from the Cosmic law. That is why Kailasa's Jurisprudence - Dharma - moves you towards Cosmic law.

• The reason why Paramashiva manifested Kailasa is, even through the country law, you should be moved constantly towards Cosmic law. Manuvaathi Dharma Shastras does that job. That is why Manuvaathi Dharma Shastras are the Jurisprudence in Kailasa.

Thepyonayat Paasa Bandhaaya tasmaathaan Samupacharet

   • Translation: As I explained now, the Shaivite laws are proclaimed solely for liberation. Other laws only bind and swallow this Shiva Dharma.

   • Paramashiva manifested Kailasa having Shiva Dharma as the country law. So even  by following this Dharma, you are only moved towards Paramashiva! You are not moved away from Paramashiva.

   • Listen! Where you live matters, your country law matters for your spiritual growth. You can't be in a country where applying bhasma and walking freely and doing your job is banned and expect you to achieve Paramashiva. No!

   • You have to be in a country where applying the bhasma with the remembrance of Paramashiva and living with Paramashiva's bhakti, Paramashiva Jnana, Paramashiva Vijnana and Paramadvaita is law! Where Paramadvaita is the legal requirement! When you live only in that country, in that ecosystem, you achieve Paramadvaita naturally. Otherwise, many times, the country law and social intimidations moves you away from Paramashiva, Cosmic law and Paramadvaita.

• Kurma Purana says very clearly:

• Raja dharmaaha prajaa rakshaamye chaanye laukikaa smrutaaha sarvete dharmashaastra gnyair nirmithaaha shaashvatam dhiya

• Means... king's laws for public welfare and other worldly laws are framed by Dharmashastra scholars but they are transient compared to eternal Dharma. So we should always keep eternal Dharma as the first priority and align this country's laws to eternal Dharma, to eternal laws!

(THE SPH CONTINUES IN ENGLISH:) • Today, we are celebrating Meenakshi's Pattabhishekam. Listen! Meenakshi has three dimensions: Guru, Linga, Sangha. Meenakshi, when she lived in her body, is Guru; her deity is Linga; the ecosystem she created is Sangha. The ecosystem she created, the nation she administered, was on Manu Dharma Shastra. Repeatedly, all the Meenakshi Puranas including Shiva Leela Arnava documents: Meenakshi ran Madurai kingdom, Pandya kingdom; from Madurai she ruled all three worlds based on Manuvaathi Dharmashastras because the Manuvaathi Dharmashastras align beings to Cosmic law, Cosmic dharma. So if we are really Meenakshi's devotees, disciples surrendered to Meenakshi, we should take care of Meenakshi - the Guru, Meenakshi - the Linga, Meenakshi - the Sangha she created. Meenakshi - the Sangha she created, is not just land-based, it is land and space based. So we should create the same ecosystem space.

• Paramashiva and Meenakshi manifested this Kailasa to recreate, revive Meenakshi - the Guru, Meenakshi - the Linga, Meenakshi - the Sangha; the sangha Meenakshi manifested, administered through Manuvaathi Dharmashastras to align people to Paramadvaita - Cosmic dharma. Paramashiva and Meenakshi manifested this Kailasa for the same purpose.

• Now you should all understand why Paramashiva manifested this Kailasa...because we need an ecosystem where Manuvaathi Dharmashastras are the Jurisprudence and people are constantly moved towards the Cosmic law, Paramadvaita Dharma, Paramadvaita Satya.

• So understand, real celebration of Meenakshi's Pattabhishekam is, reviving Meenakshi's kingdom – ecosystem. What Meenakshi did should be revived. That is the real celebration of Meenakshi Pattabhishekam. Paramashiva and Meenakshi manifested Kailasa as a celebration... real celebration of Meenakshi Pattabhishekam, by reviving Meenakshi's kingdom, ruling three worlds - Tribhuvanas - based on Dharmashastras, so all beings move towards Cosmic dharma Paramadvaita Sathya, Paramadvaita Anubhuti.

THE SPH CONTINUES IN (ENGLISH:) • So understand: I have a beautiful verse from Haalaasya Mahatmya’s ‘Skaanda Purana’:

• Meenakshi shivagnana daayinyai naatha roopinyai gurumurthaye namastubhyaam sarvasanga namaskrita

• Listen!

• Meenakshi shivagnana daayinyai naatha roopinyai gurumurthaye namastubhyaam sarvasanga namaskritaaha

• Translation: Salutations to Meenakshi - the bestower of Shivagnana, the Supreme Knowledge of Shiva - Paramadvaita Anubhuti, who has the form of the Guru, who is the very form of the Lord, who is worshipped by all the Saints and the Sangha, the Pandya kingdom.

• Understand: Only if you understand this, you will also understand how the Shiva bhaktas say:

• Mataacha parvati devi pitha devo maheshwaraha baandhava shiva bhaktaascha swadesho bhuvanathrayam

• For shiva bhaktas,

• Mataacha parvati devi pitha devo maheshwaraha baandhava shiva bhaktaascha swadesho bhuvanathrayam

• Translation: The three worlds is their nation because Meenakshi ran all the three worlds - tribhuvanas - with Dharmashastras, with the Paramashiva Jnana.

• So Paramashiva Jnana itself was mapped to the country law, as country law. The Cosmic law mapped as the country law is Dharmashastras. Meenakshi ruled bhuvanathraya with Dharmashastras as the Jurisprudence. That is the way she gave Shiva jnana to everyone.

• There is one more reference:

• Agastya uvacha: Manunaa prokta dharmena baalayasva vasundharaam sapatham kuru raagneetvam dharmashaastraanu saarathaha

• Translation: Agastya said, rule the earth by Dharma proclaimed by Manuvathi Dharmashastras. Take your oath O Queen in accordance with the Dharmashastra!

• That is the way Agastya coronated Meenakshi and Meenakshi ruled!

(THE SPH REVEALS THE ABOVE TRUTH IN TAMIL:) • ஆழ்ந்து கேளுங்கள்… அகஸ்த்திய ரிஷி பட்டாபிஷேகம் செய்து வைக்கும்பொழுது சொன்ன ஸ்லோகம், சொன்ன வரிகள்.

• மநூநா ப்ரோக்த தர்மேந பாலயஸ்வ வசுந்தராம் சபதம் குருராஞ்நித்வம் தர்மசாஸ்த்ராநு ஷாரத:

• மநுவாதி தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்களின் படி பூமியை ஆள்க.. இராணியே! தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்கள் படி உறுதிமொழியை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று அகஸ்த்தியர் கூறி அன்னை மீனாட்சிக்குப் பட்டாபிஷேகம் செய்து வைத்தார். அன்னை மீனாட்சியும், மனுவாதி தர்மசாஸ்த்திரங்களின் படியே திரிபுவனங்களையும் ஆண்டாள்.

• நன்றாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள், அன்னை மீனாட்சி பாண்டி நாட்டுக்கு மட்டும் அரசி அல்ல. மதுரையை மையமாகக்கொண்டு, பாண்டிய நாட்டைத் தலைநகரமாகக்கொண்டு, திரிபுவனங்களையுமே ஆண்டாள். மனுதர்ம சாஸ்த்திரத்தின் படி, மனுவாதி தர்மசாஸ்த்திரத்தின்படியே அன்னை திரிபுவனங்களையும் ஆண்டாள்.

• இன்று அன்னை மீனாட்சியின் பட்டாபிஷேகத்தைக் கொண்டாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் நாம், இந்த நன்னாளில் ஒரு சத்தியத்தைப் புரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். மீனாட்சி பக்தி என்பது, மீனாட்சியின் இராஜ்ஜியம் என்பது, மீனாட்சி எந்த தர்மத்தை வைத்து ஆண்டாளோ, அதே தர்மத்தை ஆட்சி செய்யப்பட்டால் மட்டும்தான் அது பரமசிவஞானத்தை, பரமாத்வைதத்தை மீனாட்சியின் முழு அருளையும், அருளக்கூடிய தேசமாக, நாடாக, சூழலியலாக இருக்கும் என்பதனால், அன்னை மீனாட்சியே... பரமசிவப் பரம்பொருளும் அன்னை மீனாட்சியும் மனுவாதி தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்களின் அடிப்படையாக, மனுவாதி தர்மசாஸ்த்திரங்களை அடிப்படையாகக்கொண்டு அவர்கள் உருவாக்கிய அதே ஞானச்சூழலியலை, அதே இராஜ்ஜியத்தை, சொக்கநாதர் மீனாட்சியின் இராஜ்ஜியத்தை கைலாஸமாக மீண்டும் மலரச் செய்திருக்கின்றார்கள்.

• அவர்கள் ஆண்டதுபோலவே, மனுவாதி தர்மசாஸ்த்திரங்களையே நீதிமுறையாகக்கொண்டு மூவுலகையும் ஆட்சி செய்ததுபோலே, மீண்டும் அதைச் செய்திட, புனரமைத்திட, மனுவாதி தர்ம சாஸ்த்திரங்களையே தேச சட்டமாகக்கொண்ட இந்தக் கைலாஸத்தை, பரமசிவனும் மீனாட்சியும் மலரச் செய்திருக்கின்றார்கள், மலரவைத்திருக்கின்றார்கள், மலர்த்தியிருக்கின்றார்கள். மறுபடியும் மலர்த்தியிருக்கின்றார்கள்.

• There is a beautiful story in Thiruvilaiyadar Puranam. That chapter is called ‘Vidai Ilachinai Itta Padalam’. Paramashiva has done 64 Leelas. In that, 34th chapter: There was a Pandya King Kulabhushana Pandyan who was ruling Madurai on behalf of Meenakshi and Sundareshwara.

• Understand, in Madurai, Pandya kingdom, the tradition is: the king is only the representative, he is only the administrative representative of Chokkanathar (Sundareshwara) and Meenakshi. They are the real rulers. So the Kulabhushana Pandyan was ruling.

• Even though he was a great devotee, due to his deep enmity with the Chola kingdom, his enmity towards the Chola kingdom has gone one degree higher than his devotion towards Paramashiva - Meenakshi and Chokkanatha.

• At that time, the Chola kingdom was ruled by a Chola called Kaaduvettiya Cholan. That Kaaduvettiya Cholan heard so much about Meenakshi and Sundareshwara's glory by a Rishi and he became so deeply devoted and connected to Meenakshi Sundareshwara, his feeling connection with Meenakshi Sundareshwara became so strong, so beautiful, his Paramashiva bhakti, Meenakshi Sundareshwara bhakti was so strong, he was praying to Meenakshi Sundareshwara to somehow give darshan of their deity-form, the linga form. He was begging.

• But this Kulabhushana Pandyan, as his enmity towards the Kaaduvettiya Cholan was little, one unit higher... it has gone little higher than his devotion to Paramashiva. So now what to do?

• Paramashiva decides: I will resolve this directly. So he did not go to the dream of Pandya and tell: ‘Aye! Allow the Chola to come and have darshan.’ No...because the Pandya... his enmity has gone one inch higher than his devotion to Paramashiva. So Paramashiva directly goes to Chola's dream and says, ‘Don't worry. Come to Pandya kingdom. I will show you the route how you can come safely and I will show you the route how you can come inside Madurai to my temple and I will open the doors for you. Come and have darshan and go.’

• Same way, as guided by Meenakshi Sundareshwara, the Chola king - Kaaduvettiya Cholan... comes and Sundareshwara. as he told, opens the doors. The Chola comes and melts in Oneness having darshan of Sundareshwara and Meenakshi. He experiences Paramadvaita. Then Chokkanathar says… Sundareshwara says, ‘Now it is time. ‘You can go back to Chola kingdom.’ He makes sure the Chola king is guided safely back to Chola kingdom.

• Then when Chokkanathar, Sundareshwara... when he locks the door and leaves it as it was, he removes the country emblem - the Pandya country national emblem - fish emblem - from the temple entrance and puts his emblem - Rishabha emblem. Listen!

• Vidai Ilachinai Itta Padalam...

• He puts Rishabha emblem, his emblem! Sundareshwara removes the nation's emblem, the country's emblem and puts Cosmic emblem, his emblem on the temple entrance, on the temple flag, on the temple gate and on the temple tower... everywhere he puts his emblem removing the nation's emblem.

• Next day morning, Kulabhushana Pandiyan comes and he was shocked! What happened! How can the emblem change?

• Listen! Listen to this carefully: If Paramashiva wanted the Kaaduvettiya Cholan to come and have darshan, he could have called him, gave darshan and sent him back. He could have just left it with that. But he sends a statement: The country law ends in his temple entrance. In his temple, only the Cosmic law prevails; His law prevails. He declares his Conscious sovereignty. He reminds Kulabhushana Pandiyan: The country laws are good to run the country but it cannot overpower Cosmic laws.

• The Kulabhushana Pandiyan should have had the knowledge, clarity, to allow Kaaduvettiya Cholan to come and have darshan of Meenakshi Sundareshwara keeping his personal vengeance and enmity away. See, Kulabhushana Pandiyan should not allow the Kaaduvettiya Cholan to come and occupy the Pandya kingdom. He should not allow Kaaduvettiya Cholan to bring his army and have a war. That should not be allowed. That is country law. But Kulabhushana Pandiyan cannot deny the darshan of Meenakshi Sundareshwara for Kaaduvettiya Cholan.

• Paramashiva declares his Conscious Sovereignty by putting his emblem on the temple tower of Madurai. He teaches a lesson. He sends a message to Kulabhushana Pandiyan. He teaches a lesson: ‘Aye! Country law cannot interfere with the Cosmic law.’ Country law should be used only to align the mass to Cosmic law. It should not move anyone away from the Cosmic law.

• ‘When Kaaduvettiya Cholan has a deep devotion and wants to have the darshan, he should be allowed to have darshan of Meenakshi Sundareshwara’, is the Cosmic law. But the country law and the individual enmity of the king... Kulabhushana Pandiyan, tried to use the country law against the Cosmic law and stopped Kaaduvettiya Cholan having darshan of Meenakshi and Sundareshwara. So Paramashiva declares his Conscious Sovereignty and sends a message to Kulabhushana Pandiyan: Your country law cannot interfere in My Cosmic law.

• Understand! Rigveda says beautifully:

• Atmaahaarshamantreti trivasthishta avisaasalihi vishasthva sarva vaa vrishandhu maadhvat raashtra mati prasat

• The translation is: I enthrone you. Be firm, unshaken, in your Dharma. May all people accept you as Protector. May your rule remain strong not because of personal power, personal interest but because you uphold the Cosmic dharma assigned by the divine.

• So understand: Now again Paramashiva manifested this Kailasa asserting his Superconscious Sovereignty, his Conscious Sovereignty and making his Cosmic law-based dharma itself as the country law for Kailasa. And by manifesting this Kailasa, he is opening the door for all human beings to come and be in Kailasa, live in this Dharmashastra as the Jurisprudence nation, live this ecosystem where Dharmashastras are the Jurisprudence and this naturally moves you towards Paramadvaita and Cosmic law, Paramadvaita Anubhuti, Moksha.

• This is Jeevan Mukti Kshetra (Jeevan Mukti – Living Enlightenment; Kshetra – sacred land). Kailasa is Jeevan Mukti Desa (Jeevan Mukti –Living Enlightenment; Desa - country) manifested by Paramashiva with Dharmashastras as the Jurisprudence, so you are all moved, all of us are always moved towards Paramadvaita Anubhuti, Paramadvaita Satya. Paramadvaita Anubhuti, Moksha, Jeevan Mukti.

• Listen to the next Satya, next truth: Panchangam is fundamentally observer-centric; it is based on the relative existence. It calculates thithis, nakshatras, yogas, karanas as they appear from earth using the apparent positions and faces of the moon and other celestial bodies, as seen by an observer on earth. This means it reflects the sky as we perceive it. It is not necessarily the actual, absolute positions of the celestial bodies in space.
