Nithyananda & Dalai Lama : Shocking Similarity in Pattern of Persecution by Deep State
Diplomatic note from the Office of the Secretary of State, Department of State, SHRIKAILASA
Diplomatic note from the Office of the Secretary of State, Department of State, SHRIKAILASA.
India is legally bound by International Law based on the treaties it has signed to investigate and punish genocide. The Supreme Court’s decision not to do so is against the law. The Government of India, as per the Genocide Convention (Article V), is required to change the law if needed to make sure people who have committed genocide are identified and punished. Article 103 of the UN charter says that whenever there is a conflict between the obligations to the Charter and any other obligation, the Charter shall prevail.
SHRIKAILASA as the voice of Hindus worldwide reminds the Government of India of this obligation.

Full text of the Diplomatic communication:
It is becoming more and more obvious to the world, especially through the recent exposes, that the Kashmir Genocide of Hindus was not a random event but a well planned attempt to kill and physically and mentally harm members of the Kashmiri Hindu Community inorder to bring about the destruction of the community. It is also known that no individual so far has been charged with or tried for this crime of geocide by the Government of India.
It needs no reminding that as one of the early signatories to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide 1948 (known commonly as the Genocide Convention), India is legally bound to try persons charged with genocide by a competent tribunal of the state and to enact such acts (if needed) to enable bringing those guilty of genocide to justice. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has likewise ruled that the principles underlying the Convention represent a peremptory norm against genocide that no state can derogate based on local laws or any for any other reason such as passage of time.
The Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA stands for the voice of 2 billion Hindus who today stand orphaned and are unrepresented in various International Forums. The Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA urges that the Government of the Republic of India immediately institutes an impartial commission to investigate the Kashmir Hindu Genocide and to bring all the persons involved in committing the genocide along with those conspiring, inciting and being complicit in the committing of the acts to justice as specified in the Genocide Convention.
