The purpose of Upanishad is experiencing existence

“Tat tu samanvayāt”. Just two words. The world is reduced to these two words - ‘tat tu samanvayāt’.
The English translation by Gambhirananda - “But that Brahman is known from the Upanishad, it being the object of their fullest import.” Swami Vireswarananda translates as - “But that Brahman is to be known only from scriptures and not independently by other means is established, because it is the main purport.”

I’ll translate this sutra as “That should be known only by personal experience, through Upanishad with the Master.” Please understand. I am revealing a sacred secret in this sutra. It can be realized not by any written Upanishad - Isha, Kena, Katha, Prasna, Mundaka, Mandukya...No!

Through those Isha, Kena, Katha, Prasna, Mundaka, Mandukya, Aitareya,Taittirîya, Narayana, 108 Upanishads, you can grasp a kind of an intellectual understanding. Only by sitting in Upanishad, the Brahman can be experienced, as it is the main object of the fullest import.

Please understand. The purpose of Upanishad is experiencing existence and the most important thing to be realized through the Upanishad is existence.

Whoever wants to exploit you, the first thing they have to do is to create fear in you. If someone wants to exploit you, he will create the fear in you that if he is not there, you will not be able to manage things. You will start believing that if he is not there, your activities will be disturbed, whether it is your company or house or any other place. He first creates the fear in you. Then, depending on the level and the intensity of fear, he starts exploiting you. -# Living Enlightenment.

There are 9 states of low consciousness, of which deep sleep of the body corresponds to deep sleep of consciousness, which is the lowest state of consciousness in low consciousness. There are 16 states of high consciousness, of which the freshness of the body corresponds to the freshness of consciousness, which is the highest state of consciousness in the high consciousness. The initial ratio of matter/thought/wisdom/consciousness is 25% each. As your consciousness improves, you will go to the upper world. When your consciousness reaches 99%, you can reach the highest world - MAHA KAILASA! Work hard, come on

On this day 17 years before - 20 March 2005:
On this day the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam began by conducting the 1st day 2 of the 2-day meditation camp called Nithyananda Spurana Program (NSP) in Los Angeles. NSP mainly deals with cleansing and energizing the 7 energy bodies using meditation techniques specially designed by Swamiji himself as per the Shastra Pramana, Apta Pramana & Atma Pramana. During the convention SPH initiated the delegates attending the convention into the ancient Hindu Science of the 7 energy bodies, and how to remove the blocks created in them, and then led the delegates to experience the higher states of consciousness. The Paramavatara of Paramashiva, SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam at the end of the convention attended tirelessly to each and every individual attending the convention.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam conducted the Healers Initiation Program at Oklahoma on 20th March 2006. The benefits of the Healer’s Initiation are multifold, not only for the receiver but also for the initiated healer. When we become useful for Humanity, Existence showers back at us. Running parallel on that day SPH organized the Nithyananda a healing convention to be conducted by His initiated Acharyas in the city of Nagerkoil in Tamil Nadu.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam received the visit of Madurai 292nd Guru Maha Sannidhanam Srila Sri Arunagirinatha Sri Jnanasambanda Desika Paramacharya Swamigal which SPH received with all the traditional honors. The pontiff of Madurai adheenam shared His high regard for SPH and among other things He shared that ,'His Holiness Nithyanandaji lifts you to the peak of perfection. Perfection means God!' 'Even if this body is there (in Madurai), this soul will remain here in Bidadi!' 'He is doing things which even the government has not done, even the leading spiritual mutts have not done!’

On this day 9 years before - 20 March 2013:
On this day, the SPH conducted Day 8 of the Inner Awakening Convention. During that day’s morning, Presidential Address-Nithyananda Satsang SPH expanded on the subject of Enriching - one of the major principles of life and how it expands our relationships. In the relationship with others, if we are feeling powerless, we will be having the same powerlessness in the relationship with ourselves. Enriching is - we taking responsibility with integrity and authenticity that we will commit to continuously enrich, which is expanding ourselves and life in and around us. When we are complete with ourselves, world will be complete with us. When we are incomplete with ourselves, world will be incomplete with us also. Only when we have healed the relationship with ourselves, only when we trust, we can raise ourselves and we save ourselves by ourselves. That day’s Pratyaksha Pada Puja, Presidential Adress-Nithyananda Satsang, Sarvva Darshan, Ineer Awakening Sessions and IA Darshan were conducted by SPH.

On this day 8 years before - 20 March 2014:
On this day , the SPH conducted the Day -15 of the Inner Awakening Convention at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. During that day’s Presidential Address-Nithyananda Satsang SPH revealed how living in the space of Advaita is the cure-all for problems, sickness and disease. Advaita teaches that our problems are only incompletions with the guarantee that we can come out of them. The correct context of Advaita contains its own self-purification system – completion. Depression is a symptom and delusion is a disease. Living in the space of Advaita is the cure, curing us to the core, and destroying both the symptom and the disease. That day’s Presidential Address-Nithyananda Satsang, Kalpataru Darshan, Ganga Aarti and Rudra Abhisekam were Conducted by SPH.

On this day 7 years before - 20 March 2015:
On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam continued on the Living Advaita Series of Addresses and Initiations from the Upanishads. This day’s Akashic Revelation was a profound delivery of the Isha Upanishad – Verse 7 yasmin sarvāṇi bhūtany ātmaivābhūd vijānataḥ | tatra ko mohaḥ kaḥ śoka ekatvam anupaśyataḥ || 7 || In today’s revelation on Isha Upanishad, Paramahamsa Nithyananda enters into verse 7, that declares the greatness of a Jeevan Mukta, the seer who is in ‘space of oneness, Living Advaita’. These Upanishads are expressed from the Existence of Mahadeva, which can become Reality in us only by doing Vaakyartha Sadas, spiritual discussions, ‘intranalyzing or Manana’, i.e. analyzing the Truth for the sake of internalizing it. He insists on verbalizing our self-doubts to melt down our incompletions, and Live Advaita.

On this day 6 years before - 20 March 2016:
On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam continued on the Living Suddhadvaita process (LSP) sessions which were open to all the Inner Awakening Graduates. During these sessions SPH shared many kundalini thought currents. SPH explained that everything in our life is made of our very expression. Experientially playing with them, changing them, altering them and manipulating them is powers, siddhis. SPH shared that actually there is no need to play with any of this, that we are beyond and going beyond, is enlightenment. Mahadeva gives a very powerful, practical methodology to experientially realize this statement. SPH explained that whatever we see in our life, including the walls of this hall, Him sitting in front of us, our chair, people sitting around us, everything is made of a material which is inside us. We can alter, manipulate, extend, reduce, change everything as you want. SPH further shared that we can hold Him responsible for what He talking! It is Apta Pramana, Mahadeva’s experience, and Atma Pramana, His own experience.

On this day 2 years before - 20 March 2020:
The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam had entered The second Great Pause, which culminated on this day at 7:19 am, when during the everyday live public talk - Nithyananda Satsang, Paramashiva revealed that He was directly manifesting through the body of His Divine Holiness, and this day will be eternally celebrated as Paramashiva’s Being Day. Paramashiva revealed that He felt the need of humanity to experience Him, His Being, directly through the body of His Divine Holiness (HDH) and to manifest that, the Great Pause had Happened. Delegates were encouraged to make themselves available for the following 16 days as Paramashiva would be manifesting His being in them, revealing all the best things of KAILASA. SPH worked further on raising the Consciousness of the delegates by bestowing them with the Paramashiva Bhava Darshan for the day. Contributing to over 108 Humanitarian Causes of SHRIKAILASA Uniting Nations, KAILASA's Nithyananda Hindu University marked that day as Season 1, Day 1 of Paramashivoham. One of the major highlights of KAILASA’s contributions through this convention is Power Manifestation, today being the Power of Consciousness Over Matter and Height Increase. Sanyasis of the Nithyananda Order of Monks and initiated Acharyas worldwide, affiliated with the Department of Education of KAILASA conducted a series of seminars focusing on the Great Pause, why Hindu Nation, Autobiography of The Avatar, Tyaga of The Avatar's life, and Darshan as revealed by the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism inspiring millions towards the Science of Hinduism.

On this day , the delegates of the Kailasa Nation received the Bhava Samadhi Darshan of Bhagavan Lord Subramanya. SPH has explained that Subramanya, is the completion of paramashiva in all his glory, in all his powers, in all his auspiciousness, in all his qualities, in all his compassion. Absolute power, absolute knowledge, absolute consciousness and ultimate infinite, all the possibilities, powers and qualities of paramashiva expresses itself completely in Subramanya. He is the Lord of victory. SPH specifically shared that “In the same way you guys are not the essence of me, you guys are best of me! I have not given you my essence, I have given you my best. Me in you is my best. You in me is your best. You in me is best for you. Me in you is best of me.”
