First few times I did #NithyanandaYoga I honestly couldn’t imagine standing on my head, let alone do it without hurting my head. I have asked Swamiji who is in the mode of Shukra for a yoga body boon, and today for the first time I consciously decided to accept wherever I am during yoga.🧘🏻‍♀️

With yoga, I’ve always had this tendency of seeing where I am nót (not flexible enough, not strong enough, etc.). Especially with those crazy flexible teachers like Kailasa's Blissful Athlete in front of me. This time I wanted to experience yoga only from the place where I am NOW. Stretching to get further, without getting frustrated about not being there already. (What is “there” anyway?) So for the Kapali asana, I put my head on the floor and both my hands next to it, I just tried to lift up my knees, and then stretched out my legs: and it worked!! I just stood there on my hands and head, completely balanced, without any pain!

I shouted “oh my god! I am doing it! Whaaaaat?!” 📣
For the rest of the sequence I was so happy about this Divine gift, that I actually enjoyed the whole yoga experience a lot more. Just seeing where I am at, instead of wanting to be somewhere else. And isn’t that what it’s all about?

We are to scan our power manifestation partner, about what she has manifested recently and then write down what she will manifest in the next 24 hours. Both my partner & I manifested.

While entangling with my partner, I got a lot more out of this power manifestation session. My grandmother passed away recently 16 Nov 2021. I did a big completion in Jan and felt a lot better but she scanned and said I still feel sad and guilty so she guided me to relive the day when my grandmother died in hospital. I could not go and see her as they limit the number of visitors due to Covid pandemic. I will relive that day again, very thankful.

Swamiji said we must attend all the sessions and I am glad I did this power manifestation. Thank you Swamiji.
PSM3 is "magical" in many ways, I will share more in my future posts.

Day 8 of Paramashivoham level 3 - Sakshi Pramana
On 8th March, we celebrated International Women's day at Kailasa. I was also an invited guest of UN Women to observe their event with many global speakers representing their country. While listening, one thought came to me - the world has yet to discover the true power of women as Shakti. Only Sanatana Hindu Dharma truly understands the role of women in the field of Consciousness. Hinduism worships women as Devi and celebrates her power in creating an enlightened civilisation. It is thru Swamiji & Hinduism, I found my space & place as a woman, as well as what I am here to contribute to enlightened Consciousness.

Swamiji spent 4 hours to initiate us into Shukra's phase of Paramashiva i.e. awakening LOVE, SWEETNESS & COMPASSION of Shukra in all of us. 😍🙏🙏 Swamiji gave us the permission to send Him all our requests - either in private or open chat. He would not judge our requests. OMS! 🤩 You can imagine once the open floodgate is opened, the overwhelming requests bombarded the entire Zoom chat. 🤣 My request was to be able to experience the divine relationship with Paramashiva as one of the 64 Yoginis.

During the initiation, with the nice music playing, I couldn't stop smiling from the loving sweetness of this initiation, just like a 16 yr-old girl in romance. Aiyoyo, at one point, I felt so shy and blushing by the pouring love and sweetness of Paramashiva. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The whole day I didnt feel sleepy at all after having tasted the nectar of Paramashiva.🙏💞 All of you should experience this phase of Paramashiva, life is too juicy and sweet

Everyone's experience of PMS3 is different but one thing in common we all have is REAL BREAKTHROUGHS.
My biggest breakthrough is seriously completing with the root pattern "I am not worthy of divine's love" and realising that "I am the favourite child of the Cosmos" as we all are. We all have heard this powerful cognition from Swamiji yet, internalizing and radiating it from the core of our being is another level- otherwise we all would have manifested what we want easily left and right.

Swamiji says a breakthrough, a click is a nuclear force. Until I had a real one, I didn't realize the power of such a breakthrough. I can see it's real because I see the effect of it in my life. So many miracles are happening, especially for my husband and children, which is even more incredible because they are not doing anything but just being my loved ones.

I can see also that once one is stably established in this superconsciousness mutation, life is just about simply receiving daily boons, divine gifts. Manifesting miracles becomes casual and easy because there is no more fear or greed. Swamiji even says, this is too small compare to what we can achieve when we are established in Paramashivatva.

We all know the powerful sacred techniques to manifest a beautiful life in all dimensions: completion, powerful cognitions, kalpataru, unclutching, ajapajapa, morning routine, body detox, and so much more powerful science... knowing all these is very important but not enough. A REAL BREAKTHROUGH to happen just like that, without doing tapas for lifetimes, is only possible with the initiation of a true avatar who is able to drill through our sticky mind, through our stubborn ego.

Sitting with Him, many hours, twice a day sometimes, after the brain was so bombarded with powerful cognitions that it's aching, there is very little space for anything else, this is the power of PMS3.

" The funny thing is that Shukra is mostly seen as a guru for demons, because he has no morality. He just showers on you, whatever you want, as long as you are integrated to him. So you could ask the most socially horrible things. At the same time - and this makes it so beautiful - you receive pure unconditional love! It is full of sweetness, love and compassion💖

As I connect to Shukra through Nithyananda, I get to write out whatever I would like to receive.
After asking for the biggest 2 or 3 things I could think of, I became more relaxed with asking. “He really has NO judgements?” Then he won’t judge me asking for silly or stupid things either. Or the amount of things I am asking for… So I let my fantasy run wild and ask A LOT!

This then turned into a beautiful moment of me listening to me! What are all the things Karin (Ona) wants? A sweet and soft moment of me being with me, sharing my deepest desires. I giggle because of it. Feeling like a young child; “am I really allowed to want all this? … Wow!”
We sat for more then 4 hours in this sweet love, I could have stayed in it for many more🥰

And my experience with Swamiji it that I receive everything I ask for, so I am very much looking forward to whatever will happen in my life🙏🏻"

Jeevan Mukthi Saakshi Pramana -
For months, the word "Tathaata" has been spontaneously popping up in my being, without knowing what this sanskrit word actually means. Sometimes I even like to utter this word just to observe its sound. Usually I would Google the meaning of words, but with this word I actually didn't. Somehow, I left this word peacefully unidentified, unjudged.

The day before yesterday I decided to chant the mahavakya and meditate to receive two numbers. Swamiji revealed the cosmic passwords 412 and 33. Then number 33 was revealed as Guruvak.

When I took the Jeevan Mukthi Grantha book, I first searched for page 412. In a nutshell, it revealed:
"Be intense in whatever you do. Tantra*, the mystical science of meditation techniques, says that to know the truth one needs only one condition, intensity. Be total in what you are, what you do. Live intensely in the moment and taste the real life. Else you are not living.

Tantra - Ancient vedic tradition of achieving enlightenment through spiritual techniques or practices, meditations and ritual worship."

This clicked in all the right places. The message is crystal clear. After that I started searching for page 33. I started reading it and guess what.

It was about "Tathaata". It revealed:
"See what is as it IS, without any judgement. Buddha*, an enlightened master, used the word tathata - seeing what is as it IS. It is seeing what is there as it is, without any judgement.

Buddha - Enligtened master and founder of the religion of Buddhism."

At the end Kalabhairava gave darshan through the third eye.

On this day 16 years before - 10 March 2006:
On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam continued on the Series of Addresses and Initiations from the Shiva Sutras(the techniques that were given by Shiva Himself to Devi for her enlightenment) in St. Luis, USA. The SPH unraveled the deeper meanings behind these Sutras, and compassionately answered all the questions of the delegates. He enriched and blessed all who came to attend the Satsang with compassion and deep listening. On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam delivered a Discourse on the Patanjali Yoga Sutras in Vancouver Canada. SPH beautifully shared that all our ideas about problems do not have any base. They are all floating. Our ideas about love, pain, attention, fear, worry, greed, and more of such ideas are all floating. They are not clearly rooted or hooked or grounded. They are all just floating. SPH elaborated on how one of His devotees got totally unburdened in less than one day by being in His presence. After which SPH asked him “ did you think that the problem that you were contemplating in the morning will leave your inner space?” The devotee said that he never imagined that the problem that was haunting him for so many months would leave his inner space so easily. It was there in him continuously and he never thought that it would just move or disappear from his inner space.

On this day’s Presidential address, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam announced that a new segment called Nithya Jyothisam was going to start which was not about prediction alone. Nithya Jyothisam was going to be guidance and counseling also. SPH answered a devotee's question about thyaga and explained that Tyaaga is sacrificing for no reason. ‘’Not converting the hits received by you from the reality into pain or anger or guilt or pain is Tyaaga!’’ SPH further shared that He is constantly transforming people living around Him which is why He is constantly exploding in enlightenment. Furthermore, He beautifully emphasized that those who just create a biological community around them, are just Fools. Those who just create an ideologically based community around them, are Great. But those who create a Consciousness Centric community around them, are truly Blessed.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam along with the Kailasa Nation celebrated Maha Parashivaratri day in all its glory. SPH explained that the Shivarathiri is the day where timelessness, formlessness, and Namelessness, assumed, appeared, into the space of the time, name and form as Arunachaleshwara, for conflict resolution and for giving Enlightenment, to Brahma and Vishnu. SPH explained that conflict happens only when there is an EGO and that always both sides are responsible for the conflict, because even if one of the two sides does not have an ego, then the conflict will not happen. When Brahma fell from integrity and Vishnu fell from authenticity, the conflict happened, then Mahadeva the embodiment of responsibility appeared to enrich, to take responsibility for the lack of integrity and the lack of authenticity of Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma and to remind them and put them back in the space of integrity and authenticity.

On that day Satsang SPH declared that Completion is the first priority in life and the basic truth required for enlightenment. Completion with the people in our lives is the number one component of blissful living. When we are complete with ourselves, we have peace, but when we are complete with others, bliss flowers in us. Life is more than being peaceful because we were born for the ultimate, the bliss of enlightenment itself. With the science of Completion, we can create a blissful world. On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam conducted Day-20 of the Inner Awakening in Adi Kailasa, Bengaluru Adheenam. The day included two sessions of the Shivoham Meditation Process one early in the morning and one in the evening. At the end of the day, the delegates received the Darshan of SPH and participated in the Rudrahoma and in the Vijaya Homa that was conducted for their benefit. One delegate shared that, during a previous Convention of Nithya Dhyan Yoga, he experienced the thoughtless state in which he felt completely empty inside his body, and since then everything in his inner space had matured.

On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam explained the perfect fullness of Sadashiva, Godel, as not only Infinite but Infinite Infinite Immediate. SPH spoke on common misconceptions about Infinity and gave a mind-expanding clarity. Ordinary logic, limited One God Theory view, sees Infinite as One, believing God is infinite in power and possibility, but only one such infinite existing. Advanced understanding knows Infinity is Infinite! An infinite number of divine expressions each with an infinite number of possibilities. The highest understanding knows Infinity is Infinite and IMMEDIATE because even all the possibilities already exist. On this day 4 years before - 10 March 2018:
On this day, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam initiated hundreds of delegates into the Shiva Deeksha and handpicked sixty-five of the delegates into the Trinetra Tilak at the Nithya Dhyan Yoga convention in Adi Kailash, Bidadi. Today, was the final Day of the Nithya Dhyan Yoga convention, the Delegates learned about how emotions block specific Chakras and were taught powerful Kriyas to dissolve all the Toxins in their system. The convention included a Gratitude meditation for the opening of the Sahasrara Chakra. Running parallel, at the Toronto Nithyanandeshwara Hindu Temple, devotees offered special Puja to Lord Kalabhairava. In Malaysia, the Malaysian Sangha visited the Health and Public Welfare Association of Malaysia which offers shelter and support to transgenders and those suffering from AIDS. Announcements were made for the then-upcoming Programs such as the ‘’Attracting Fortune Through Third Eye Powers-Webinar’’, the ‘’Nithyananda Kriya Yoga’’ and ‘’Inner Awakening’’ Convention.

On this day’s Presidential Address, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam expounded on the Cosmic Principle, that ‘’The Science of Tyaga Is To Manifest The Space of Paramashiva’’! SPH further explained how to achieve Superpowers through Tyaga and win over the five elements of Delusion in Maya. He then revealed that Conscious Tyaga is equivalent to doing Completion and burning all the bridges with the past. SPH announced the new name of the Leela Dhyana Program as Oneness with Avatar, which was all about Initiating the delegates into the Being of Paramashiva.
