Ingredients
1. Lime - Juice of 1-2 2. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp 3. Peanuts, ground - 1/4 cup 4. Dry red chillies - 2 5. Minced fresh ginger - 1 tblsp 6. Salt - to taste 7. Sugar - 1 tsp 8. Ghee - 2 tblsp 9. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp 10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 11. Lentils - 1 tblsp 12. Asafoetida - 1 pinch 13. Curry leaves - 2 tblsp
Preparation
1. Fry dry red chillies, ginger and peanuts in a little ghee.
2. Remove pan from heat.
3. Add turmeric and rice and mix well.
4. Add lime juice.
5. Garnish with cilantro.
6. You can also add chopped dill or peas for lovely color.
