Ingredients
1. Rice - 1 cup 2. Ghee - 2 tbsp 3. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp 4. Urad Daal - 1 tsp 5. Chana Daal - 1 tsp 6. Cashews - handful 7. Raisins - handful 8. Turmeric - pinch 9. Mixed vegetables - 1 cup 10. Lemon - 1
Preparation
1. Cook rice.
2. Heat ghee and add all other ingredients except for the lemon.
3. Fry as appropriate.
4. Mix everything in pan with rice.
5. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, remove seeds, then pour over rice and mix thoroughly.
6. Offer hot.
