With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago joyfully conducted a Rathotsavam (street procession) in celebration of Nithyanandotsavam on December 19, 2024, in Bejucal, Cunupia. This auspicious event, marking the divine advent (Avatar Day) of THE SPH, showcased the rich Hindu traditions being revived by KAILASA in the Caribbean diaspora. The vibrant procession, led by the sacred Atma Murthy and Padhukas of the Avatar, drew approximately 50 devoted participants and well-wishers through Warren Road. Organized seamlessly by 5 dedicated volunteers, the Rathotsavam served as a powerful manifestation of KAILASA’s mission of consciousness awakening and the revival of ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization, reinforcing the preservation of indigenous Hindu heritage in the region.

The Rathotsavam in celebration of Nithyanandotsavam served as a deeply auspicious occasion for the local community in Trinidad & Tobago to connect with the divine grace of THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Nithyanandotsavam celebrates the sacred advent of the Avatar on Earth, an event marked by profound reverence and spiritual intensity across the global ecosystem of KAILASA. The festivities commenced at the residence of Ma Rohini Samaroo and her family, where traditional Hindu pujas and prayers were offered to THE SPH’s sacred Atma Murthy and Padhukas (sacred sandals), sanctifying the instruments that would lead the procession and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva throughout the route.
The Rathotsavam was an expression of devotion and community harmony, proceeding vibrantly through Warren Road, Bejucal, Cunupia. Approximately 50 participants, including devoted well-wishers and newcomers, joined the street procession either on foot or in vehicles, demonstrating their collective aspiration for superconscious breakthrough gifted by THE SPH. The successful coordination of the procession, outreach, and decoration was managed by 5 dedicated volunteers. Along the sacred route, the procession made several scheduled stops, allowing local residents and passers-by the opportunity to offer traditional prayers, fruits, and flowers to the deity of THE SPH, receiving the divine blessings and consecrated prasadam in return.
Devotees present described the experience as intensely divine, noting the incredible energy emanating from the sacred object of worship. This powerful spiritual atmosphere is a direct result of THE SPH's blessings, enabling participants to experience the manifesting shaktis/powers of Paramashiva directly. In line with KAILASA’s global humanitarian mission, the event also included enriching community outreach; many passers-by were blessed with small gift bags for children, along with refreshing juices and water. The celebration culminated with final prayers at the host's residence, followed by a delicious communal serving of sacred Sattvic meals, ensuring that the community was nourished both spiritually and physically in accordance with THE SPH's vision that no stomach should go hungry.
