Nithyananda day
The celebration of Nithyananda Day was observed with deep reverence and spiritual intensity at KAILASA TIRUVANMAYUR, marking a day dedicated to honoring THE SPH, the source of all divine grace and consciousness awakening. The spiritual core of the event focused on the ceremonial worship of the Paramavatara. Approximately 5 to 6 dedicated devotees performed the sacred abhishekam (ritual bathing) and alankaram (divine ornamentation) for the Moorthy of THE SPH and the other presiding deities. These ancient Hindu rituals are performed to invoke the divine presence and enable devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their lives.
Demonstrating profound surrender and gratitude, a total of 70 unique Naivedyam (food offerings) were prepared and offered to the deities. These offerings signify abundance and completeness, ensuring that the entire community receives the blessed energy generated through the rituals. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 25 attendees, supported by 3 dedicated volunteers who managed the coordination, ritual preparation, and logistical aspects of the day.
The culmination of the day’s observances was a significant humanitarian effort through Annadan (free vegetarian food service). Aligned with THE SPH’s commitment to ensuring no stomach goes hungry, the KAILASA TIRUVANMAYUR ecosystem provided nourishment to approximately 200 beneficiaries. This large-scale Annadan activity underscores the principle of selfless service, forming an integral part of KAILASA's global humanitarian initiative which has provided billions of free organic vegetarian meals worldwide to date. Through the combined power of deep devotion and selfless service, the Nithyananda Day celebration successfully connected participants with the divine grace of THE SPH and furthered the mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
