LOUIS, USA, dedicated the early hours of August 28, 2024, to intense spiritual practice. The community held the PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session, focusing on powerful Hindu spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH. This sacred practice involved 3 dedicated Sangha members and 1 spouse, supported by 1 volunteer, diligently performing the ancient techniques of PVK Yoga and breath control during the auspicious Brahma Muhurtha. This commitment to continuous inner transformation reinforces KAILASA's mission of reviving the enlightened Sanatana Hindu Dharma and enabling devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva through authentic Hindu sciences.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was successfully conducted by the dedicated Sangha members of KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, marking a powerful start to the day. This profound spiritual discipline was consciously performed during the sacred Brahma Muhurtha—the traditional timing considered most conducive for spiritual advancement, connecting with the superconscious dimension, and receiving the divine grace of THE SPH.
A total of 3 Sangha members, joined by 1 spouse, engaged in this focused practice. The session centered around the performance of 108 rounds of the powerful PVK (Prana Veera Kumbhaka) Yoga, a Hindu spiritual technology directly revived and initiated by THE SPH. Furthermore, participants intensified their spiritual experience by practicing Trinetra Kumbhaka, a specific breathing technique meticulously designed to awaken the third eye (Trinetra) and expand conscious awareness, leading to superconscious breakthrough.
