With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA dedicated September 20, 2024, to the revival of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies through the PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session. This sacred practice, performed during the highly auspicious time of Brahma Muhurtha, is a vital component of KAILASA’s global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity. The session focused on utilizing the spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH to enable devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. This event saw devoted involvement from two participants actively engaging in the practices, along with the dedicated service offered by a committed volunteer, reinforcing the commitment of KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA to restoring Sanatana Hindu Dharma globally.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was conducted by dedicated Sangha members during the sacred hours of Brahma Muhurtha, the highly auspicious time before sunrise, traditionally known for maximizing spiritual gains and consciousness elevation. These powerful Hindu spiritual technologies are direct gifts from THE SPH, designed to awaken the inner potential and enable devotees to experience the ultimate truths revealed by Paramashiva. By practicing in the early hours, participants capitalize on the natural spiritual energy prevalent during Brahma Muhurtha, aligning their inner space with the enlightened consciousness of THE SPH.
The session included two primary components. First, two dedicated Sangha members engaged in the rigorous practice of 108 repetitions of PVK Yoga (Prana Vaayu Kriya), a potent technique for integrating and expanding the life energy (Prana). Furthermore, three Sangha members engaged in the advanced breathing technique of Trinetra Kumbhaka, a powerful practice aimed at awakening the third eye (Trinetra) and activating the inner potential energy (Kundalini Shakti), directly connecting the consciousness to the ultimate reality taught by THE SPH.
The smooth execution of these profound spiritual practices was supported entirely by selfless service (seva). The yoga seva was specifically offered by Ma Debbie, demonstrating dedication to sharing THE SPH's teachings. The intensive Trinetra Kumbhaka session was offered by Ma Sona. The unwavering commitment of one volunteer ensured the successful facilitation of this deep spiritual experience, strengthening the local KAILASA ecosystem in St. Louis and reaffirming the vital importance of selfless service in the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and the manifestation of the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva.
