Sunday, 26th Dec 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga @ 5 am - At Brahma Muhurta, a total of 10 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Meiyun which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ananda Shraddha.

3) eGurukul (English) #11/2021 @ 3-5 pm - This afternoon, a total of 9 kids and 6 parents joined the eGurukul lesson. We began the lesson plan by offering Sri Guru puja to express our gratitude to our beloved Guru, Swamiji, also a way to deepen the feeling connection with the Master. After puja, Ma YY led the children into the practice of Nithyananda Yoga, Prathama Vinyasa Krama. The children did a gentle warm-up focusing on loosening the joints, hips and back followed by an energetic skeleton dance. All the parents and kids had fun with Skeleton dance. They learned 4 new yogasanas: MARICI ASANA, SIDDHA SAMADHI-ASANA, CARPATACOKASANA & BHAIRAVASANA. Finally, they learned to sit in silence and stillness with Swamiji for a few minutes. In the last segment, a powerful cognition I am Nithyananda, I am Paramashiva was given to the children. They watched a video on how Swamiji was inspired by Annamalai Swamigal whenever he was in doubt as a child, how to live the Master. Next, we played with the next Advance 3rd eye powers level 10 - Walking around obstacles. The children walked around the house blindfolded – 1) brought a fruit from the fridge, 2) brought an item from bedrooms, 3) brought a deity in the living hall. All the kids manifested the power of walking around the house blindfolded! Finally, we concluded the lesson with the peace chant of poorna mantra!

4) Alankaram - In preparation for the coming Avatara Dinatsavam, our alankaram team offered the seva to the 18 deities by giving sacred bath and new alankaram at Kailasa Singapore aadheenam. The seva was led by Ma Phyllis Wee, assisted by the following devotees - Ma Kher Jia, Ma MeiYun, Ma Jayantananda, Ma Jananananda and Sean Neoh. The deities are now looking stunning, ready for a grand celebration!
