With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SINGAPORE celebrated a day of profound spiritual advancement and dedicated service on 5 February 2023. The day’s schedule included essential Hindu rituals and powerful consciousness awakening programs, starting with Online Nithyananda Yoga at Brahma Muhurta and culminating in deep immersion in eGurukul lessons focused on the profound Hindu science of conscious death and the manifestation of superconscious powers like Mind Reading. Through the selfless efforts of 5 dedicated volunteers and the enthusiastic participation of 34 individuals, KAILASA SINGAPORE successfully demonstrated its unwavering commitment to THE SPH’s mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.

Online Nithyananda Yoga

The sacred daily routine commenced at the auspicious hour of Brahma Muhurta with the Online Nithyananda Yoga session. This spiritual discipline is essential for enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. Led by the experienced yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda, the session focused on the daily spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa Krama. A total of 13 lives were enriched through participation in this ancient Hindu science of body and mind perfection, setting a powerful and conscious foundation for the entire day.

Temple Sevas and Offerings

The heart of KAILASA’s operations lies in the meticulous performance of authentic Hindu rituals, thereby maintaining the divine presence established by THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA. The morning Temple Sevas were lovingly offered by Ma Meiyun, beginning with Suprabatham—the sacred ritual of waking up the deities. This was followed by the offering of Paduka Puja to THE SPH, recognizing Him as the living Paramavatara. The essential Naivedyam Puja was performed, where sacred food, including sweet Pongal, was offered to the deities. Further devotion was expressed through Jnanalaya Puja offered to Devi Saraswathi, seeking the blessings of knowledge and enlightenment for all humanity, particularly for the students of KAILASA. The sacred day concluded with Palliyarai—the ritual of putting the deities to sleep—offered by Ananda Shraddha, ensuring the continuous flow of divine grace through the temple ecosystem and onto the world.

eGurukul (English) - Revival of Consciousness-Based Education

The eGurukul session, running for two hours from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, served as a cornerstone for the revival and preservation of authentic Hindu education and enlightenment science. This crucial program saw the participation of 14 children and 7 parents, grounding the young participants in the rich wisdom of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Ma Maheshwari initiated the session by leading the children in the offering of Sri Guru Puja, fostering deep gratitude and devotion to their beloved Guru, THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM.

Following the devotional offering, Ma Parameshwari guided the children through the Nithyananda Yoga practice. This session began with the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting to align their intentions with the purpose of enlightenment. After a dynamic warm-up sequence, including the *Skeleton Dance*, the children engaged in a powerful series of yogasanas designed to prepare their bodies and minds to manifest the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. The yogasanas practiced included SUKHASANA, PARVATASANA, HALIPAVA-ASANA, NAGIPAVA-ASANA, KOKILASANA, NETI ASANA, GAJASANA, RKSASANA, VAISYASANA, UrdhvajaaNu Karana, BALALINGASANA, PADA-PIDASANA, and NATARAJASANA, concluding with silent meditation.

The intellectual segment focused on the Powerful Cognition' 4th lesson of the Swadhisthana chakra, centered on the conscious death experience. This profound teaching, gifted by THE SPH, explained that death is not a discontinuity but rather liberation or continuity in another form. By understanding this truth, which eradicates the fear of death stemming from attachment to the physical form, children realize the body is merely a vehicle for the soul. The session culminated with the practical application of spiritual technologies, resuming the power manifestation practice of Mind Reading Level 3—specifically, reading the color thought of another. After reviewing the foundational concepts of Shastra Pramana, Apta Pramana, and Atma Pramana, two kid volunteers generated a color thought while the rest of the children scanned the thought. Several kids successfully manifested the desired color thought, demonstrating the latent shaktis/powers of Paramashiva manifesting through their third eye. The lesson concluded powerfully with the collective chanting of the Poorna Mantra.
