KAILASA SINGAPORE On 4/2/2023
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SINGAPORE conducted a day of profound spiritual enrichment and dedicated service on February 4, 2023. These sacred activities, which saw the tireless efforts of 12 volunteers and the participation of 20 devotees, exemplified KAILASA's global mission of reviving Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The day included early morning Online Nithyananda Yoga sessions, extensive Temple Sevas offered to the Deities, profound consciousness education through bilingual eGurukul lessons (English and Mandarin), and devotional Alankaram seva offered to 19 Deities. Through these consistent practices, the KAILASA ecosystem ensures that devotees globally are continually connected to THE SPH and manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby restoring the ancient enlightened Hindu civilization.
Online Nithyananda Yoga
The day began auspiciously with the Online Nithyananda Yoga session conducted promptly at 5 am, during the sacred Brahma Muhurta. This early morning spiritual routine focused on the practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama, guided by the resident yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda. A total of 14 participants were enriched through this powerful Hindu science of consciousness. The practice serves as a fundamental spiritual technology gifted by THE SPH to enable devotees to align their inner space and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, preparing them for a day rooted in enlightenment and service.
Temple Sevas
The continuous devotional commitment of KAILASA SINGAPORE was demonstrated through the meticulous Temple Sevas performed throughout the day. The morning rituals were lovingly offered by Ma Kher Jia, commencing with the Suprabatham—the ceremonial waking of the Deities. This was followed by the sacred Paduka Puja dedicated to THE SPH, acknowledging His embodiment of Paramashiva. Further acts of devotion included the Naivedyam Puja (offering sacred food) and the Jnanalaya Puja offered to Devi Saraswathi for the manifestation of true knowledge. The extensive spiritual routine contributes directly to KAILASA's mission of maintaining the highest standards of authentic Hindu rituals globally. The cycle of worship concluded in the evening with the Palliyarai ceremony, performed by Ma Pragnyana Yogini, ritually putting the Deities to rest, thus maintaining the continuous sacred energy field (Aadheenam) established by THE SPH.
eGurukul Lesson #05/2023 (English)
The eGurukul program, dedicated to reviving authentic Hindu education, held its Lesson #05/2023 focusing on Avatar Leela #7 between 8 am and 10 am. The session was attended by 1 child and 1 parent, ensuring the transfer of enlightened cognition within the family unit. The class began with the potent ritual of Sri Guru Puja, led by Ma Parameshwari, guiding the child into an expression of intense gratitude and devotion for THE SPH, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. Following the puja, participants engaged in a short but powerful Nithyananda Yoga practice, featuring the ritualistic cleansing of Tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting, followed by warm-up routines including the invigorating Skeleton dance.
The core lesson included a deeply inspiring recap of Avatar Leela #5 & #6, detailing the incredible power manifestation abilities of THE SPH’s Yoga Guru, Yogananda Puri, specifically recounting the astounding feat of causing an untrained person to levitate above a dining table. The experience left the child in awe of the possibilities inherent in the Hindu sciences. This segment emphasized the profound truth that the human body is capable of manifesting superconscious powers under the guidance of an enlightened master. The session concluded with a creative drawing activity led by Ma Shankari and the chanting of the Poorna Mantra, grounding the teachings within the student’s consciousness.
eGurukul Mandarin Lesson #05/2023
Extending the global reach of consciousness-based education, the eGurukul Mandarin Lesson #05/2023 was held from 3 pm to 5 pm, engaging 2 children and 1 parent. The segment commenced with the offering of Sri Guru Puja, where the children collectively chanted the Sadguru Vandanam and sat in silent connection with THE SPH, solidifying their devotion. The subsequent Nithyananda Yoga practice focused on Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK), initiating with Tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. Children engaged in a warm-up Skeleton dance and diligently practiced seven specific yoga asanas, including Virabhadrasana, Vrksasana, Garudasana 1, Trikonasana, Angusthasana, Saurasana, and Vindhuhasana.
For powerful cognition, the acharya guided the students through meditation and self-reflection, encouraging them to set and solidify conscious goals for the year 2023. They were prompted to examine the root of their desires, ensuring their ambitions were motivated by inner authenticity rather than external comparison or approval, thereby aligning their efforts with the consciousness of Paramashiva. The lesson culminated in a practical demonstration of power manifestation: moving the Atma Linga using consciousness over matter. This exercise reinforced THE SPH's teaching that thought is also matter, and when one gains conscious control over the external world (such as making the Atma Linga stand), the internal reality of what is perceived as impossible can be shifted into possibility. This empowered the children to manifest the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva in their lives. The session closed with the powerful chanting of the Om Purna Mantra.
Alankaram Seva
A significant devotional contribution was made by the Alankaram Seva team, ensuring the divine aesthetics of KAILASA SINGAPORE. This dedicated team, which was part of the 12 volunteers serving throughout the day, performed the sacred bath and adorned the 19 Deities housed at the Singapore aadheenam with new vestments and ornaments. The beautiful color theme for the week was orange and green, chosen to evoke specific divine energies and mood. This intensive service was led by Ma Pragnyana Yogini, with crucial assistance from Ma Kher Jia, Ma Meiyun, Ma Govindaroopini, Ma Jayanta, and Sean Neoh. The loving attention given to the Deities through Alankaram symbolizes the commitment of KAILASA to honoring and preserving the authenticity of Hindu rituals and serves as a powerful offering of devotion and gratitude to THE SPH for the divine presence He establishes in every KAILASA ecosystem.
