With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA SEATTLE, USA conducted a powerful day of continuous devotion, community enrichment, and sacred rituals on 11/8/2024. These activities, which constitute the daily Nithyotsavam, ensured the continuous flow of spiritual energy from Paramashiva to the Seattle ecosystem and surrounding community. The day encompassed the complete daily cycle of Hindu rituals, from the waking of the deities (Suprabatham) to intellectual discourses (Vaakyartha Sadas) and guided meditation practices (Paramashiva Dhyana Mantra sessions). Supported by 2 dedicated volunteers, the day’s rituals and sessions were attended by 7 participants, powerfully upholding KAILASA’s mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally.

Nithyotsavam: Daily Sacred Rituals and Community Enrichment

The daily worship cycle, known as Nithyotsavam, serves as the bedrock of the KAILASA Seattle ecosystem, constantly revitalizing the space and the community with the divine energy of Paramashiva. The day commenced with Suprabatham Seva, the sacred process of gently waking the deities, followed by the offering of Morning Naivedhyam (sacred food offering) to the Moolavar (main installed deity). This sequence of devotion prepares the temple for the day and establishes a connection with the transcendental energy field established by THE SPH.

Crucially, the morning rituals included Pada Puja (PPP), performed as an offering directly to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. This act of devotion recognizes THE SPH as the living Paramavatara of Paramashiva, the source of all blessings and enlightenment. The ritual cycle later concluded in the evening with further offerings of Naivedhyam to the Moolavar and THE SPH, culminating in the sacred Palliarai Seva, the process of respectfully putting the deities to rest.

Beyond the temple’s daily devotion, the ecosystem actively enriched the local community by conducting specialized sessions aimed at consciousness awakening. These included Vaakyartha Sadas, a session of spiritual debate and intellectual discourse designed to clarify and establish the truths of Hindu philosophy taught by THE SPH. Furthermore, Paramashiva Dhyana Mantra sessions were held, guiding participants into deep meditative states. These practices are powerful Hindu spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH, enabling devotees to connect with Him and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The dedicated effort of the 2 volunteers and the participation of 7 devotees ensured the continuous revival of these core Hindu traditions in the United States.
