Worshipping Navagrahas (the nine celestial planets) on Amavasya (no moon day) is considered very auspicious.
Swamiji has called the current pandemic situation as part of Pralaya and has revealed the following - 'DO PUJA TO KALABHAIRAVA AND NAVAGRAHAS. IT WILL DO SO MUCH OF GOOD. IT WILL HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE ENLIGHTENMENT '.
On this Amavasya, participants had an opportunity to seek the grace and blessings of the Navgrahas by offering Puja to remove the malefic effects and to align planetary positions for onselves and their loved ones.
