KAILASA OHIO USA On March 18, 2026
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA OHIO USA celebrated the auspicious festival of Ugadi on March 19, 2026, with the performance of the sacred Ugadi Tirupavada Seva. This event marked a significant moment in the global revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, where the community gathered to offer traditional Neivedhyam to the deities, symbolizing gratitude and the beginning of a spiritually prosperous new year. Through the grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA, the event successfully enriched the lives of 10 participants, supported by the dedicated service of 4 volunteers who ensured the authentic execution of these ancient Hindu rituals. This celebration reflects KAILASA’s mission of human consciousness awakening and the preservation of the enlightened Hindu civilization.
Ugadi Tirupavada Seva
As part of the Ugadi celebrations, the traditional Tirupavada Seva was conducted at KAILASA OHIO USA, involving the preparation and offering of sacred food items known as Neivedhyam. This ritual is a profound spiritual technology gifted by THE SPH to help devotees connect with the divine and manifest the state, space, powers, being, and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. By offering the first portion of the meal to the manifest form of the Divine, the food is transformed into Mahaprasad, carrying the energy of enlightenment to all who partake.
The offerings prepared for this occasion included Tamarind rice, a savory and traditional staple of Hindu temple cuisine, and Semiya payasam, a sweet vermicelli delicacy symbolizing the sweetness of the divine presence. Central to the celebration was the preparation of Ugadi pachadi, a unique dish incorporating six distinct tastes. In the authentic sciences of Hindu traditions, this mixture represents the various experiences of life—joy, sorrow, anger, fear, disgust, and surprise—teaching the seeker to accept all life experiences with equanimity and to remain centered in the space of Paramashiva.
The seva was meticulously organized by 4 volunteers who spent several hours in the sacred space of the kitchen, infusing the food preparations with devotion and awareness. Their selfless contribution ensured that the 10 participants experienced the spiritual depth and cultural richness of the Hindu New Year, directly aligning with THE SPH’s vision of reviving the authentic culinary and ritualistic heritage of the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. This initiative also resonates with THE SPH’s global humanitarian vision of food security and spiritual nourishment, contributing to the legacy of serving billions of meals worldwide to ensure no stomach goes hungry and every soul is awakened.
