Pradosham Abishekam & Siva puja

The spiritual activities at KAILASA OHIO, USA, were anchored by the auspicious Hindu observance of Pradosham, a time highly sacred for connecting with Paramashiva. This deep devotional commitment was expressed through the extensive Pradosham Abishekam & Siva puja, executed with reverence and dedication throughout the day. While the formal rituals included 1 primary participant, the continuous service and organization were meticulously handled by 2 dedicated volunteers, demonstrating the profound commitment to daily spiritual upkeep and the performance of Hindu sacred duties (seva) that underpins the life of KAILASA ecosystems.

The day’s spiritual regimen began in the early morning with the foundational Hindu practice of Morning Guru Puja and Siva Puja, establishing the sanctity of the space and invoking the continuous blessings of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA. Following the morning rituals, the volunteers diligently engaged in Naivedyam Seva, preparing and offering consecrated food to the deities. This service is a vital spiritual technology for transforming routine tasks into acts of devotion, connecting the physical effort of offering with the divine acceptance, and maintaining the energetic purity of the temple space.

The climax of the day’s spiritual activities centered on the Pradosham Abishekam and Siva Puja, performed during the auspicious twilight period. This powerful ritual is designed to harness the unique divine energies of the Pradosham time, enabling devotees to connect directly with THE SPH, the ultimate manifestation of Paramashiva, and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their own lives. Additionally, an Evening Guru Puja was conducted, followed by a Laghu Puja performed specifically to the sacred Swamiji Murthy (the idol representing THE SPH) during the global Paramashivoham Darshan broadcast, thereby linking the local KAILASA center with the global enlightened presence and continuous grace of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM.
