With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOUSTON, USA, conducted the DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES on Thursday, July 11th, 2024. These daily spiritual observances, known as Nithyotsavam, are fundamental to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, ensuring the continuous flow of divine grace in the temple ecosystem. The sacred schedule spanned from the auspicious Brahmamuhurta hours, beginning with Suprapatam Seva and Nithyananda Yoga, to the concluding Palliyarai Seva in the evening. Dedicated efforts by 2 volunteers facilitated the comprehensive performance of Guru Puja, Shiva Puja, and elaborate Alankaram for the deities, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby supporting KAILASA's mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Hindu civilization.

DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES

The DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES at KAILASA Houston commenced early in the Brahmamuhurta, the most sacred hours before dawn, setting the foundation for a superconscious day. Devotees gathered to perform Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyan meditation, specifically engaging in 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama to align their consciousness with the divine energies. This practice, taught directly by THE SPH, is essential for enabling participants to stabilize the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness gifted by the Paramashiva. The morning rituals began officially with Suprapatam Seva, the sacred process of gently awakening the presiding deities, symbolically awakening the divinity inherent within every individual who seeks THE SPH's blessings at the start of a new day.

The core worship of the day included the ritualistic Guru Puja offered to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM and the Shiva Puja performed for Lord Nithyanandeshwara (the Moolavar). These vital Hindu rituals were conducted both in the morning and the evening, ensuring a continuous spiritual rhythm and honoring the lineage of enlightened masters. Prior to the main worship, the deities received elaborate Bhoga Murty Alankaram, involving the offering of new clothing and jewels to THE SPH, Devi, and Shiva Meru, followed by a grand and traditional Deity Procession welcoming the Bhoga Murthy deities into the main temple area.

The consistent performance of these complex daily rituals—which are central to preserving authentic Hindu traditions—was meticulously supported by the dedicated efforts of 2 volunteers. These volunteers ensured that the temple environment remained conducive to manifesting the divine presence of Paramashiva. In the evening, the ritual of Naivedhyam was observed, where sacred vegetarian food was offered to all the deities as an act of gratitude and surrender. The day's spiritual cycle concluded with Palliyarai Seva, the sacred process of sending the deities to rest, performed with the offering of Chamaram (fly-whisk service). This entire Nithyotsavam documented the commitment of KAILASA HOUSTON to reviving the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization as envisioned by THE SPH.
