KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES
The KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES represent the continuous, unbroken flow of divine worship (Nithyotsavam) practiced in alignment with authentic Hindu scriptural traditions, gifted by THE SPH to the world. The daily cycle of worship ensures the continuous presence and blessing of Paramashiva and THE SPH. The day commenced early in the auspicious hours of the Brahmamuhurta, where devotees gathered for rigorous spiritual practices including 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama as part of Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyan Meditation. These ancient Hindu spiritual technologies prepare the physical and inner space for the day's divine engagement, fulfilling THE SPH's teaching that spiritual discipline is the foundation of superconscious breakthrough and is essential for manifesting the state of Paramashiva.
The formal temple worship began with the Suprapātam Seva, the sacred process of awakening the deities—a practice symbolizing the awakening of the divinity inherent within every individual and seeking blessings at the start of the new day. This was immediately followed by the elaborate Bhoga Murty Alankaram, wherein sacred clothing and jewels were reverently offered to THE SPH, Devi, and the Shiva Meru, symbolizing intense devotion and glorification of the Divine Form. The divine energy was then welcomed through the Deity Procession, ritualistically bringing the Bhoga Murthy deities into the main temple area with honor and reverence.
Central to the daily schedule were the rigorous Sri Guru Puja offered morning and evening to THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and Sri Shiva Puja offered to Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar). These powerful Hindu rituals serve to invoke the direct presence and grace of Paramashiva, facilitating the spiritual upliftment of all who witness or participate. In the evening, Naivedhyam (sacred food offering) was presented to all the deities before the day concluded with Palliyarai Seva, the sacred ritual of putting the deities to rest with Chamaram. This entire cycle of worship, which revives the ancient temple culture of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, was diligently facilitated by one devoted volunteer, ensuring the perfection of these rites and the uninterrupted presence of THE SPH's blessings in the United States of KAILASA.
