O dear one, it is said that Salutations to Sri Guru is Shiva
अत्रिनेत्रः सर्वसाक्षी अचतुर्बाहुरच्युतः।
अचतुर्वदनो ब्रह्मा श्रीगुरुः कथितः प्रिये॥४७॥
atrinetraḥ sarvasākṣī acaturbāhuracyutaḥ।
acaturvadano brahmā śrīguruḥ kathitaḥ priye॥47॥
O dear one, it is said that Salutations to Sri Guru is Shiva, the witness of all, but without three eyes; he is Vishnu without four arms; he is Brahmā without four faces.
Guru is the Almighty and Guru is the real form of Shiva
गुरुमूलमिदं शास्त्रं गुरुमूलमिदं जगत् ।
गुरुरेव परं ब्रह्म गुरुरेव शिवः स्वयम् ।
गुरुर्यस्य वशीभूतो देवास्तं प्रणमन्ति च ॥ २४ ॥
हे देवि ! यह शास्त्र और जगत् गुरुमूलक है गुरु ही परब्रह्म और गुरु ही साक्षात् शिवस्वरूप हैं, गुरु जिसके वशीभूत होते हैं, देवता उसको प्रणाम करते हैं ॥ २४ ॥
Yogini Hridyam, Verse - 1.24
गुरुमूलमिदं शास्त्रं गुरुमूलमिदं जगत् ।
गुरुरेव परं ब्रह्म गुरुरेव शिवः स्वयम् ।
गुरुर्यस्य वशीभूतो देवास्तं प्रणमन्ति च ॥ २४ ॥
Oh Goddess! This scripture and world is Guru Mulak. Guru is the Almighty and Guru is the real form of Shiva, the Guru is the submission, the gods bow down to him.
