Original Verse
अथ जात्यासनं वक्ष्ये येन जातिस्मरो भवेत्॥२४.३६॥ हस्ताङ्ध्रि भूमौ च गमनागमनं ततः।
Transliteration
atha jātyāsanaṃ vakṣye yena jātismaro bhavet॥24.36॥ hastāṅdhri bhūmau ca gamanāgamanaṃ tataḥ।
Translation
Now I shall talk about jātyāsana doing which one remembers the past life. (24.36) Place both the hands and feet on the floor and keep moving forward and backwards.
Steps/Technique
1. From a standing position, bend forward and hold toes. 2. Walk back and forth.
