158th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda

Today, January 12th, is the 158th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda one of the greatest proponents and advocate for the Hindu Civilizational Nation.

He saw the freedom from the British not just as a territorial freedom but the freedom of the Hindu Nation from the clutches of western hegemonic constructions.

"Each nation has a main current in life; in India it is religion. Make it strong and the waters on either side must move along with it." "Here in India, it is religion that forms the very core of the national heart. It is the backbone, the bed-rock, the foundation upon which the national edifice has been built." he said.

Swamiji, Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism has finally made into reality the dream of that Hindu Civilizational Nation which Swami Vivekananda visualized and aspired for more than a 100 years ago

A Nation that exists authentically on its own terms without being interpreted through the eyes of others based on the eternal truths of the Vedas and the Agamas.
