Today’s (7th March, 2015) Morning Satsang continues with the Upanishads Series - Living Advaita.

Isha Upanishad – Verse 6 Begins:

yastu sarvāṇi bhūtāny ātmany-evānupaśyati | sarva-bhūteṣu cātmānaṁ tato na vijugupsate || 6 ||

Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives us the key to conquer death: we can never be violated. The external situations are not going to make us decide who we are; it is the idea that we carry about ourselves - the stuff from which we are made. We have the power and freedom to decide – are we only the body, or something more also?
