Transliteration
dakñäghrià vämapädasya jaìghopari nidhäya ca | dvyaù päëià jänupärçvayoù spåçetkumitaräìghriëä evaàvidhäsannayatra tatraikäìghryäsanaà bhavet | raktaçuddhiranena syäjjvaranäçaà ca mülataù ॥20॥
Translation
one stands on one leg, the other foot is placed on opposite thigh. Hands are hanging on sides touching the knees.
Steps/Technique
1. Stand up straight on one leg.
2. Place the other foot on the opposite thigh.
3. Relax the hands on the sides of the body touching the knees
