On December 8, 2023, the esteemed Princesses and Ambassadors of the United States of KAILASA represented The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam and the United States of KAILASA (KAILASA) in the event “GEN Z take on education” hosted at the United Nations, Geneva Room XXI, by the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the right to education.

This event brought attention to a crucial aspect of the persecution of KAILASA, shedding light on the unacknowledged and perpetuated challenges surrounding indigenous Hindu youth and girls of KAILASA’s Nithyananda Gurukul, who have become victims of the generational Hindu ethnocide and genocide.

KAILASA’s Nithyananda Raja Vidya Gurukul (Nithyananda Gurukul) is the ancient Hindu indigenous enlightenment-based education system within KAILASA revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam.

For decades, under the guidance of The SPH, KAILASA’S RAJA VIDYA NITHYANANDA GURUKUL has provided thousand of children and young adults irrespective of gender, race, nationality, religion etc free quality education, including E-learning, accommodation and essential support throughout their educational journey.

The Hindu enlightenment education system is not only inclusive and holistic but also emphasizes the liberating nature of knowledge transmission. Rooted in a Hindu enlightenment-centric approach, the ancient Gurukul system, now revived by The SPH, plays a pivotal role in creating and sustaining the enlightened civilization of Sanatana Hindu Dharma (Hinduism).

The Princesses of KAILASA emphasized the need for the “inclusion of Hindu enlightenment-based education, like the Nithyananda Raja Vidya Gurukul, to empower the current and next generation with conscious education.”

The presence of the Princesses of KAILASA, nurtured and educated through the ancient Hindu enlightenment based education system revived by The SPH stands as a powerful testament to the success of KAILASA’s Nithyananda Raja Vidya Gurukul. Their embodiment of the institution's superconscious principles serves as a compelling example of the positive impact this education system can bring to humanity.

In a world where 258 million children and youth lack access to education, due to war, famine, transnational displacement, and over 259 million people are illiterate, KAILASA’s Nithyananda Raja Vidya Gurukul stands as a super conscious gateway. It opens doors for the youth to be educated with the right values and principles which equips individuals to face all crises of life with unshakable confidence, grace, strength, and resilience and express their inherent powers.

KAILASA expresses gratitude to the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Ms. Farida Shaheed, and the United Nations for organizing this significant event centered around the theme "Meaningful Participation Of Young People In Shaping The Future Of Education" and inviting Gen Zers, Member States and representatives from student organizations, educational institutions, civil society organizations, international organizations, specialized agencies, programmes and funds and other stakeholders to participate in the interactive discussion on how they envisage an education that prepares the youth to successfully navigate their world, the most critical changes they want to see in education, and how they can be empowered to meaningfully participate in rewriting the social contract on education going forward.

The panel discussion started with an opening remark by the Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Ms. Farida Shaheed.
Along with the participation of Mr. Keith Holmes from UNESCO, the panelists included:

2.Vasile Cocirla, Child Human Rights Defenders, Republic of Moldova
3.Nada Metwaly, law student UNIGE, President of AIESEC in Geneva, Switzerland

5.Racheal Kalinaka, disability rights advocate, Uganda

The three-hour panel discussion was organized into three distinct sections, each punctuated by a musical interlude. Throughout each segment, the following thought-provoking questions were explored:
Section 1: Aspirations

Discussion:
1.What educational support do you require to realize your full potential?
2.How can we ensure that education remains adaptable to the challenges of the future?

Section 2: Rights

Discussion:
1.What aspects of the current educational system inspire your engagement?
2.In instances where educational rights are violated, what actions can be taken to address and rectify the situation?

Section 3: Action

Discussion:
1.If you had the authority to shape education, what would be your initial course of action?
2.What resources and support do you believe are essential for active participation in educational initiatives?

In the course of the panel discussion, both virtual and in-person attendees were invited to share statements and pose questions to the panel. This inclusive opportunity allowed participants to contribute either verbally or through the video-conferencing chat room.

The princesses and ambassadors of KAILASA played a dynamic role in the panel discussion by actively contributing through their comments, statements and questions. Their participation encompassed the following:

Thank you, Special Rapporteur, Ms. Farida Shaheed, and esteemed panelists. It's an honour to address you.

We, Nandhitha and Lopamudra Jananrdhanan, we have endured years of physical, psychological and sexual abuse as a child by our own parents. We were persecuted for breaking free from that abusive relationship that challenged the modern day societal norms.

It was the superconscious principles revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam which makes us stand strong today as a leader, princesses of the United States of KAILASA, and graduates of KAILASA’s Nithyananda Gurukul - The ancient Hindu enlightenment based education system, revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam HAS REVIVED KAILASA THE ANCIENT HINDU CIVILIZATIONAL BORDERLESS NATION.

We were educated with the right values and principles which equipped us to face all crises of life with unshakable confidence, grace, strength, and resilience.

Standing here today, we are proud to represent not the next gen, but the new gen - the Enlightened generation, a testament of 40+ years of the unwavering commitment of The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in creating the Super-conscious beings, the leaders of tomorrow. The Gurukul is designed and has been successful to make natural capable compassionate leaders living the highest values of life, such as non-violence, ‘life is for others’, expressing extraordinary innate superconscious powers (shaktis) latent in every human being, ultimate living an inspired and active life with fear or greed.

Our current education system needs an upgrade and adaptability to the changing needs of every generation. The Hindu education system, dating back over 15,000 years, stands as one of the most advanced frameworks, introducing organized knowledge transmission systems.

For almost 30 years, The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam has worked on reviving the authentic ancient Hindu education system, for which He has been targeted, attacked and persecuted by the Hindumisic (anti-Hindu) elements. Our presence here emphasizes the need for the inclusion of Hindu enlightenment-based education, like Nithyananda Gurukul, to empower the current and next generation with conscious education.

This education system transcends mere theory; it imparts knowledge through life itself. The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam despite facing a brutal relentless persecution for the last 23 years, yet undeterred, has created a nation for Hindus, embodying immense sacrifice, strength and hardwork. It is this strength that was imparted to us that made us stand through years of persecution and narrowly escape honour killing, by our own extremist parents and instead emerge as leaders.

We would like to call for an urgent up-gradation of the modern education system in accepting, adapting and making these Hindu super conscious principles - as revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam & other indigenous education systems accessible for today's youth. This ancient education system revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam fosters responsible, compassionate leaders grounded in life-positive principles like non-violence and peaceful coexistence.

B.Oral Statement by KAILASA’s Ambassador to Netherlands:
Dear Ms Farida Shaheed,
My name is Ma Shivamaya and I am a gurukul teacher and an Ambassador of the United States of KAILASA.

You mentioned having powers and KAILASA's Nithyananda Gurukul is teaching children to manifest yogic powers as part of the curriculum and would be delighted to offer education in more countries in cooperation with the United Nations.

The United States of KAILASA has the right of free education, free food, free shelter, free clothing, free medical care (the 5 basic necessities of life) as a constitutional right in alignment with the Hindu scriptures, the Vedas and Agamas as Paramashiva recommends that no fee should be charged for things that do not perish by sharing - such as education and knowledge.

The United States of KAILASA invests in education for all, irrespective of gender, religion etc.

We are providing free education in over a hundred countries and I am looking forward to collaborating with the United Nations to ensure that every child is provided free education.

We were abused by our own parents and persecuted, when we decided to break free from their abusive relationship. We found that the modern education system did not equip us to face the real life crises and situations that arise. We found strength, confidence and resilience through the KAILASA's Nithyananda Gurukul - Hindu indigenous enlightened education system, which empowered us not just to survive but to emerge as leaders. We would like to ask, how we can address the urgent need for upgradation of the modern education system in accepting, adapting and making these Hindu super conscious principles - as revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam?

Dear Ms Fareeda, you have rightly highlighted the need for sexual education and breaking the taboos around it. Modern education lacks one crucial aspect of empowering the children to be able to handle their ideas, beliefs and sexual orientation. Today’s world exposes the young kids to early physical relationships & many times, sexual abuse in young age. I have been a victim of the same, but fortunately - the Hindu principles that The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam empowered me with equipped me to handle myself with grace and confidence. How can we replicate this system for all the kids, especially the vulnerable?

I resonate with Ms Kalinaki - She highlighted a crucial point - on how kids based on their race, color or religion. We need to speak up and hold the decision-makers accountable. How can we make the education system open for indigenous communities, people of different races or colors? I share similar experiences to Ms Kalinaki in my childhood - but the Hindu education system in KAILASA's Nithyananda Gurukul, revived by The SPH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, empowered me to stand up.

Thank you Ms. Shaheed and the panelists, my name is Vijayapriya Nithyananda. I was a teacher of KAILASA’s Nithyananda Gurukul, and now KAILASA’s ambassador to the UN. As per the Hindu constitution, the Manuvadhi Dharma Shashtra, which is over 10,000 years old, the basic necessities to survive, which include education, should be made freely available. There used to be millions of Gurukuls - the ancient indigenous educational system of Hinduism. However due to 7 centuries of Hindu holocaust - ethnocide and genocide of Hindus, these Gurukuls have all been systematically destroyed. The SPH Bhagavan Nithyanandam Paramashiva single handedly has revived and re-establish the Gurukul globally. Unfortunately, the Hindu Holocaust continues to this date and extends to KAILASA and the SPH which hinders our free humanitarian aid. Kailasa’s Nithyananda Gurukul is ready to provide free education anywhere in the world in collaboration with the UN. We have huge volunteer teachers and committed monks and nuns and resources and we will be happy to collaborate wit the UN and do this free education services globally. We have a network of teachers, mentors, students, online Gurukul, who are already working actively in over 100 countries.

I resonate with Mr Nasiri, true, every child has the right to find their true potential, true talent, and express their highest potential. Actually we have a unique system in Kailasa's Nithyananda Gurukul, where a child is educated in over 64 arts and sciences and made to find their true potential to evolve as all rounders and global leaders. This education is provided completely for free and we already operate in 100 countries. We are committed to provide this free education system to all the children that are in need in collaboration with the UN.

The report extensively elaborates on the revival of the ancient indigenous Hindu educational system, and the hardships and the persecution the reviver, The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam and the Gurukul kids have undergone. The report also elaborates, despite the persecution, on the huge amount of free humanitarian services, including free education. Speaking on discovering inner strength: When I was just 16 years old, I had raised my voice against abuse of a Hindu Goddess, Andal. I was subject to trolling, media abuse, cyber bullying - to the extent of death threats. Any ordinary person could have easily succumbed to the pressure, falling into depression, the same could have happened to me - if not for the SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam, who taught me not to be defined by the trolls, abuse or any adverse situation from outside. But rather stand for the truth with the inner strength. Today at the age of 21 years, I confidently stand here as not just a survivor, but as a leader who has been empowered by the SPH Nithyananda Paramshivam, in walking 1000's ot other young children like me, who are facing such cyber bullying, abuse, sexual abuse etc.
