Curd Fruit Rice

Ingredients

1. Basmati Rice 1 cup 2. Plain Yogurt 4 cups 3. Milk 1/2 cup 4. Dry Red chilly 2, diced 5. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp 6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp 7. Cucumber 1/2 (medium size) 8. Seedless Grapes 1/4 pound 9. Pomegranate 1/2 cut

Preparation

1. Cook rice and then cool it.

2. Grate cucumber and grapes into fine pieces.

3. Remove the seeds from pomegranate and set aside.

4. Add yogurt and milk into rice & mix well.

5. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and fry cumin, mustard seeds and red chilies.

6. When the seeds pop, remove from heat and add to the curd-rice mix.

7. Gently blend all the fruits into curd-rice, add salt to taste, and offer.
