Translation
Having assumed the Padmasana posture, he should fill the vital air through the Lunar (Nadi), should hold it as long as he could and again expel it through the Solar (Nadi). Meditating upon the disc of the Moon, resembling the ocean of nectar and as white as cow's milk, during Pranayarna the Yogin would derive comfort. meditating on the disc of the Sun, adorable as the radiance of Existence, seated in the heart throbbing and flaming, during Pranayama, the Yogin would derive comfort.
