Title
Drop the goal and enjoy the path
Description
From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled, "Bhagavad Gita -- Chapter 3: Beauty of Purposelessness", Swamiji explains that our inner space is by nature filled with bliss, but we clutter it unnecessarily with various purposes, goals and ambitions in life. We do not realise that none of what we acquire in the outer world will accompany us after we die. If we realise that the enjoyment lies in the path and not in the goal, then we will stop selling ourselves for the sake of the goal. As long as we have purposes, we never live; but the purposes live through us. Fulfilling purposes never fullfills our being.
