In this clip taken from discourse titled, "Bhagavad Gita -- Chapter 2: You are God", Swamiji clarifies that true surrender is that which arises out of clarity and intelligence and not out of confusion. In the second chapter of the Gita, Arjuna is in a state of confusion as to whether to fight his relatives or not. In this state, when Arjuna says he has surrendered to Krishna, he is merely talking words without meaning them. He wants Krishna to instruct him only what he wants to listen
