Āpta Pramāṇa - आप्त प्रमाण

Yoga asanas 23-24

"वामपार्ष्णौगुदंस्थाप्य दक्षाण्घ्रिंवामजघने | मध्यमातर्जन्यङ्गुष्ठै नासादृष्टि श्रुतीः क्रमैः ॥ च्छाद्यपेज्जिनं भ्रुवि मनोलात्वा स्थिरं मनः | एवंविधासनं यत्र तत्र साधो भगस्नम् ॥"

"vāmapārṣṇaugudaṃsthāpya dakṣāṇghriṃvāmajaghane | madhyamātarjanyaṅguṣṭhai nāsādṛṣṭi śrutīḥ kramaiḥ ॥ cchādyapejjinaṃ bhruvi manolātvā sthiraṃ manaḥ | evaṃvidhāsanaṃ yatra tatra sādho bhagasnam ॥"

Translation

In sitting, place left heel at the anus and right foot on left thigh. Close ears with thumbs, nose with middle fingers and eyes with index fingers. Then bring the mind at the middle of the eyebrows and concentrate on Arihanta (Lord).

Instruction

1.Sit with left heel at the anus and right foot on the left thigh.

2.Close the eyes with index fingers, nose with middle fingers, and ears with thumbs.

3.Bring your awareness to the eye brow center.

4.Meditate on the Master or Deity."
