Outdoor scene of a drumming group performing in an unpaved dirt yard in front of a partly built concrete structure with scaffolding. Several young men in saffron-orange dhotis and orange shawls, with rudraksha mala beads around their necks and white markings on their arms and chests, play large silver-toned drums with sticks. Some drummers hold smaller drums and one plays a cymbal. A man in a teal shirt sits at the upper right, and others stand in the background. This appears to be a ceremonial welcome procession.

Photograph of a drumming and wind-instrument ensemble performing barefoot on a bare dirt ground with a red carpet strip, in front of a concrete block wall. Several young performers wear saffron-orange robes, rudraksha malas and vibhuti-style markings; they play large silver-toned drums, hand drums and long brass horns. At left a cameraman in a white dhoti with gold borders films the group with a video camera on his shoulder. Behind them, others in pink and green garments stand and watch near a red structure and plastic water bottles.

Several drummers in the foreground strike white drumheads with sticks, while others behind wear orange turbans and stand in a crowd. The scene suggests a temple-style procession at dusk under trees, with devotees in the background.

A photograph of young men and boys in saffron-orange robes playing large barrel drums with wooden sticks, their bare torsos and shaved heads marked with white tilak. Their necks and arms are hung with rudraksha malas and wrist beads. Behind and beside them, a crowd of girls and young women in red and maroon saris with gold borders, with white forehead markings and rudraksha malas, stand watching. The setting is an outdoor area with green foliage and an ochre wall.

A photograph of a smiling man with a long swept-back hair style and white tilak markings on his forehead, wearing a red-orange shawl over the shoulder, gold-bordered saffron dhoti and a rudraksha mala with a large ceremonial necklace. Around him stand a large group of children and young men in orange, red and saffron robes with white forehead marks, many wearing rudraksha malas. Several hold curved brass horns (long trumpets) and two men on the right play large drums with cords slung over their shoulders. The setting is a paved courtyard beside an orange building with balconies and green palm and flowering shrubs. Probable Swamiji is the smiling man in the foreground, identified by the long hair, rudraksha mala and gold-bordered robe.

Night photograph of a ritual scene at an outdoor temple-like space. Several young men in saffron-orange dhotis and matching orange cloths, many with orange turbans and rudraksha malas, play large drums. The drummer at left has long dark hair and holds a drumstick, with a bamboo-like stick raised above him. A row of orange-clad figures stands behind, some playing wind or drum instruments. At right, a seated figure in orange with a turban and garlanded rudraksha mala sits beside a metal bowl holding a fire pit of wooden logs. Tall white candles with garlands stand at upper centre. A metal chain barrier with posts runs in front.
