A photograph of a man seated on an ornate golden throne carved with scaly, fish-like and serpentine motifs, flanked by two golden lion-head armrests with leopard-print cushions. He wears a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, a rudraksha mala, multiple gold necklaces including a large gold pendant, gold bangles, a gold ring and gold earrings, with a red bindi on his forehead. A microphone on a stand is in front of him, and a painted mural with red and gold figures fills the background. a person: the seated man has short dark hair and his clothing and ornaments match the page-described event, a conclusion based on the saffron clothing, rudraksha and gold adornments rather than on his face.2016-02-27August 26 20172017-08-26January 17 20142014-01-17May 11 20132013-05-11 +1 copiesA seated figure in orange and saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with carved golden lion heads at the arm supports, draped with red tiger-striped cushions and a tiger-skin rug at the base. The person wears a rudraksha mala and long ceremonial gold-bead necklaces, a white forehead marking with a red bindi, and a small lapel microphone, smiling toward the side. A framed portrait of a robed figure hangs on the wall behind, and a wall sconce is visible at left. The page cues a satsang, but the person's appearance is only partly distinctive, so the identity is uncertain.2014-01-18 +2 copiesJanuary 24 20162016-01-24March 06 20162016-03-06January 31 20162016-01-31A seated man in a rust-orange turban and saffron-orange robe with a yellow-edged dhoti sits on an ornate golden throne carved with lion heads and leopard-print cushions. A microphone stands at his right. The bright gold throne backdrop and a small vibhuti-style mark on his forehead complete the scene. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a gold pendant at his chest, and a white floral garland hangs over his shoulders. His dark swept-back hair and tilak mark him, and he extends one hand outward while smiling. Behind him, a large floral and jewelled backdrop in red, yellow and green frames the stage. Swamiji (probable): the qualifying cues are the swept-back hair, rudraksha mala, ceremonial gold pendant and saffron-orange robe, and the throne setting fits the event context.2016-01-03
