A shrine display with a large framed portrait of a smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe, a white-and-gold garland of white flowers and a red-and-white flower garland, and a red bindi. He raises one hand in a blessing gesture while seated before a tree-trunk backdrop. The portrait is framed by peacock feather fans, a white draped cloth, and garlands of white jasmine and pink-red flowers. Two carved wooden lion statues with pink flower garlands flank the altar, and yellow flowers and a white offering sit at its base. Because the page names this event and the portrait is shown without a living presence, the central figure is a depiction; the visible cues (long hair, saffron robe, garland) match the page's claim but are only a probable identification.2008-07-28A framed portrait of a smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe and a long beaded necklace with a white and gold ceremonial garland, seated cross-legged before a large banyan tree trunk, his right hand raised in blessing. The portrait is decorated with a garland of white flowers and red roses hung in an arc, white lotus-like flowers, yellow flowers and a red-and-green floral offering at its base. Two carved wooden lion statues flanking the frame are each adorned with pink flower garlands and yellow blossoms, and two large peacock-feather fans stand on either side. The setting is a white draped altar, a photograph of a depiction rather than a physical person. Swamiji (probable) appears only as a printed portrait, with orange robe and long hair as distinguishing cues.2008-07-28May 10 20112011-05-10 +5 copiesA framed portrait of a smiling man with long dark hair, a red bindi and orange saffron robes, raising one hand in blessing, is garlanded with white and red flower strands and set before a bronze deity murti with a green silk cloth draped beneath. Brass oil lamps and yellow and purple flower garlands frame the altar; a banyan-root backdrop appears behind the frame. No physical people are visible. The framed photograph appears to be a depiction of Swamiji (probable) based on the long hair, saffron robe and orange garments, and the page's printed title names him.2007-09-30November 16 20092009-11-16A framed photograph labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA" sits on a gold-and-maroon throne-style seat.
