The black stone lingam is dressed with a silver-toned mask-like face and a white tripundra band with a red bindu, and it sits before an ornate gold arch with a trident and a silver hooded cobra shape above. A tiger-striped cloth wraps the base, with a white and gold dhoti-style cloth below, and rudraksha beads and gold chains hang over it. Garlands of white jasmine, yellow and pink flowers encircle the lingam. In front stands a brass yoni-peetha base with a red flower wreath and a small brass tray, scattered petals on a grey stone platform. No people are visible.2009-09-14A photograph of a polished silver-toned Shiva lingam set on a bronze or copper peetha base on a red cloth. The lingam is draped with an orange silk cloth and garlanded with long white, yellow, green, pink and blue flower strands, with pink roses and green leaves placed on top and a sprig of greenery and purple flowers at the middle. A bronze vessel and a small lamp stand sit at the right, and a blue draped backdrop with a dark metal arched frame appears behind. Scattered petals and leaves lie on the cloth.2003-03-01 +1 copiesA seated man with long dark hair, palms pressed together in namaste with eyes closed, sits on an ornate decorated throne-like seat. He wears a tan-brown turban, a cream-coloured kurta-style garment and a brown shawl, with white and red-beaded garlands draped over his shoulders. The seat is covered with orange and white marigold and jasmine garlands, with a dark backdrop bearing three white horizontal stripes and a red dot. The setting resembles a festival stage. The subject's presentation with long hair and ornate clothing offers appearance cues consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so this is a probable identification based on those visible cues only. One person is visible.2007-12-15A seated man in saffron-orange robes, with long dark hair, a red bindi and a white-and-red-and-blue flower garland, pours water over a gilded Maha Meru, a tiered golden ritual object, on a white-draped platform. Bare arms bear white ash markings and gold bangles. Behind him are a garlanded deity murti and an orange cloth backdrop. A silver pot stands at the front. The image shows a ritual water offering. The man has distinctive long hair and saffron clothing with a gold necklace; appearance cues are compatible with Swamiji (probable), shown performing the abhishekam offering.2006-05-21July 21 20102010-07-21
