December 23 20102010-12-23A man stands beside a large banyan tree trunk with aerial roots in an outdoor setting of green foliage. He is bare-chested and wears a saffron-yellow wrap with a thin light border, draped over his shoulder. He has a long rudraksha-style mala of reddish-brown beads and a gold armlet and bangle. A white horizontal line marks his forehead, and his dark hair is tied in a knot at the back. He stands with eyes closed, one hand raised near his temple in a meditative or contemplative pose. The appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a person, but the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone, so this is described as a devotee-like figure with ceremonial adornments.2012-04-04A photograph of a man in an orange saffron shawl and orange garment standing beside a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots, pressing his cheek and right palm against the trunk with eyes closed. He wears a gold headband, a long gold bead necklace and has long dark hair. The setting is an outdoor garden with dense green foliage, a low concrete wall and a metal post in the background. Given the page's a person flag and the visible cues of long swept hair, gold headband, ornate gold necklace and saffron clothing, this is a probable appearance-based match for a person standing in person at the banyan tree.2010-12-27October 24 20112011-10-24A man stands in profile beside the trunk of a large banyan tree, his forehead to the bark and eyes closed. He wears an orange and gold-bordered dhoti and a sleeveless orange-gold garment, with a long dark rudraksha mala around his neck and a white sandalwood mark on his forehead. His hair is tied back, and a thin orange thread hangs from a branch above. Green leaves and blurred trees fill the background, with an orange-brown ground at the base.2011-09-06 +1 copiesNovember 09 20112011-11-09A photograph of a man in a saffron-yellow shawl with red border and red cloth wrap, standing in profile beside a large banyan tree with aerial roots. He wears a gold-toned necklace with red and beige beads, a gold armband, and a white tilak on his forehead. His long dark hair is swept back, and he rests one hand flat against the trunk in a reverent gesture, as in a tree-worship or pradakshina-style prayer. Dappled green foliage fills the background.2011-11-04A man in saffron-orange robes with gold-yellow borders stands leaning his head against the trunk of a large banyan tree with aerial roots, eyes closed in quiet devotion. He wears a long gold-coloured necklace, a gold armband and bangles, and a red-and-white tilak on his forehead. His hair is swept back, and a wrap of orange fabric drapes over one shoulder. Behind him is an open outdoor grounds of red earth, greenery and a small stone platform. Swamiji (probable) is identified by saffron-orange clothing, long swept-back hair and gold ornaments, though the appearance is only a candidate.2013-05-24April 04 20122012-04-04November 09 20112011-11-09A man in an orange-red saffron sannyasi garment stands outdoors beside a large banyan tree, leaning his head and right hand against its grey, root-like trunk with eyes lowered. He wears a wide white tilak on his forehead, a long gold-coloured bead necklace, and a draped orange shawl over one shoulder. He stands barefoot on a small red mat. Behind him is a red boundary wall, bare ground, a stone platform and a figure in orange seated in the distance. The page describes a person as present at this satsang, but the appearance cues are limited, so identity is uncertain.2013-03-07A man in a rust-orange sleeveless wrap with gold-yellow banded sash leans his head and right hand against the trunk of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. He wears a long string of gold bead and rudraksha-style necklaces over a saffron-brown shawl, with a vertical tilak on his forehead. The setting is an open outdoor grounds with sandy earth, low stone-edged plots, white pillars and green trees behind him. Pale stone blocks sit in the foreground.2013-04-22
