A photograph of a man in a peach-orange kurta over white dhoti, with a rudraksha mala around his neck and a gold bangle, kneeling on a concrete slab and sorting small pebbles from a bowl into an orange plastic tray. A semicircle of children sits and stands around him, watching intently; a girl in pink and polka dots, a boy in a yellow-green shirt, and a girl in a blue top are prominent, and a woman in green salwar kameez with a sari-style wrap stands at the left edge. Blue and orange tubs of gravel sit at the front. Children wear lanyards with name badges. Dusty ground and greenery form the background.

A crowd of about twenty children and teens gathers in a dusty outdoor yard around a man crouched on a concrete edge. He wears a peach-orange kurta with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace and white dhoti, and is handling small stones from a cup while an orange plastic tray of gravel sits in front. Children sit cross-legged and stand around him, several wearing lanyards with badges. A woman in a cream sari with gold bangles stands at the left edge, and a girl in pink jacket and backpack stands at right.2010-12-02A photograph of a man in a peach-orange kurta with a beaded rudraksha-style mala and white dhoti crouches at a concrete ledge, holding a clear cup of small grey and brown stones toward the viewer. Orange and red plastic tubs hold heaps of gravel and crushed stone, and a blue tub holds more stones. At the left edge, a woman in a pale pink sari with gold border pours from a red bucket. Behind them, a group of about a dozen children sit and stand on dirt ground, watching closely; one girl in a lavender top sits in the centre. Some children wear lanyards.2010-12-02A photograph of a community gathering on a dirt ground with many children seated and standing around. In the foreground a woman in a purple blouse and cream sari with gold border holds out her hands over an orange plastic tub of small stones. Around him a group of about a dozen children sit or crouch on the ground, watching intently; one girl in a purple top with a pendant rests her chin on her hands. A red bucket sits at left and an orange tray at lower left. The man's face is turned down and to the side, and his appearance is not a clear, multi-cue match for the named presenter, so no confident identification is made; he is described by role as a man in saffron robes demonstrating to children.2010-12-02A photograph of a ground-level ritual at an outdoor site. A seated man in a peach-orange kurta and white dhoti, with a rudraksha mala and bangle, holds a small silver dish of stones over a brown clay pot set in an orange basket of gravel. A woman in a purple blouse and cream sari with gold border, also with bangles, pours from a red bowl beside him. Around them, about a dozen children and a few adults stand and crouch, watching closely, several wearing name badges. Gravel and sand lie on the ground.2010-12-02A man in a light orange-peach kurta with a rudraksha mala around his neck holds up a clear plastic jar filled with dark earthen contents and small objects, showing it to an attentive group. Behind him, a crowd of children and young people sits and stands in front of a red-orange brick building with barred windows. Several children wear white shirts with blue lanyard badges, a girl wears an orange salwar kameez, and some are in striped shirts and bright patterned clothes. One child in the foreground points at the jar. The scene looks like a teaching demonstration in a courtyard.2010-12-02February 12 20072007-02-12 +1 copiesFebruary 12 20072007-02-12 +1 copiesFebruary 12 20072007-02-12 +1 copiesFebruary 16 20092009-02-16February 12 20072007-02-12 +1 copiesFebruary 12 20072007-02-12 +1 copies
