The men have long matted hair, some tied up with rudraksha beads. Devotees are seated in the background at the edge of the frame, and a bearded man appears partially at left. This is a photo of a ritual aarti offering in an ashram hall.2016-12-22Photograph of a ceremonial performance on a stage with a deep red curtain. Four to five young men in orange-red dhoti-style garments and orange shawls stand in a row, bare-chested with white painted markings on their arms, wearing beaded rudraksha-style necklaces, beaded armbands and leopard-print headbands with tall black hair knots. Several hold large white yak-tail style fly whisks raised overhead, and the front performers ring small handheld bells. Behind them, many seated people in orange clothing sit on the floor. A striped cloth covers a low table at the lower left.2018-02-13December 18 20162016-12-18May 20 20162016-05-20February 24 20172017-02-24January 01 20182018-01-01A photograph inside a large decorated hall with red and yellow drapes and a gold-framed deity murti at the back. Five men in orange-saffron dhoti-style wraps with bare chests and rudraksha malas stand in a row along a long table draped in a colourful striped cloth, each holding a small silver-toned cup or lamp-like vessel, several with lit flames, as in a ritual offering. Each wears a patterned headband, and the foremost men have dreadlocked hair and armbands. Seated devotees in the background watch, some with hands joined, and a bright orange-clad person sits in the lower right. Smoke rises from the front.2018-01-01December 23 20162016-12-23
