Clothing and long swept-back hair give appearance cues, but the identity is uncertain. Before him, a bare-armed elderly woman with a long grey braid in a blue top and a woman in white sit beside a silver tray with flowers, bowls, and a sweet. A kneeling woman in an orange sari with a mala and a seated woman in a dark sari, a gold oil lamp, and hanging brass bells complete the scene, with a studio light and orange drapes at the right.2013-03-17August 04 20132013-08-04November 20 20142014-11-20March 17 20132013-03-17March 07 20132013-03-07A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with a golden lion-head armrest and a tiger-striped cushion. Swamiji (probable) by appearance cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and ceremonial gold necklace, seated as the central figure. Around the throne, women devotees in white and red saris with orange shawls sit on the floor; one woman with folded hands holds a silver tray, and another in white offers silver trays of lit oil lamps and flower petals. Brass hanging bells and oil lamps hang above, with a wall air conditioner on the right.2013-05-25A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne draped with a tiger-striped cloth. The man wears a rust-orange dhoti and wrap, an orange rudraksha-style bead necklace, gold bangles and an armband, with white vibhuti markings on his forehead. Before him on the floor, several women in orange and white saris kneel around brass trays holding small oil lamps, flower petals and offerings, with a red and white garland laid out. One woman in white with a shawl presses her palms together in prayer. A gold bell hangs above and a dim room with a lamp and orange curtain forms the background. Appearance-based candidate: a person, seated on the throne with a shawl and rudraksha beads.2013-03-22May 19 20132013-05-19A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with orange cushions, wearing a red-orange turban, a red-orange dhoti-style garment with a gold border, and a long garland of marigolds and beads. Several devotees in white and red clothing sit on the floor in front of silver plates holding flowers and oil lamps, raising small brass lamps in aarti.
