Wooden poles and dim lamp light frame the scene.2017-07-08December 23 20162016-12-23A photograph of a ceremony in a hall with cream walls and framed artwork. Some hold their hands joined in anjali, and one older man with a white beard holds his palms together at his chest. A wooden pillar stands at right, and a blue mat covers the floor in front. Small figures in the foreground and a partially visible person at right suggest a larger gathering. A wall-mounted speaker and framed paintings are visible above.2017-08-15A photo of a line of bare-chested men in white dhotis standing under a tent at night, many with white ash markings on their chests and arms and rudraksha or beaded necklaces.
