Many sit cross-legged with eyes forward, attentive to a distant stage at the far end of the room where a figure in orange robes stands near a golden ornate backdrop. Pink walls, red curtains and ceiling fans frame the space, and a few water bottles and bags lie on the floor. A large crowd fills the foreground and midground rows.2013-08-16 +1 copiesA large hall filled with a seated congregation of hundreds of devotees dressed in white, many wearing red-brown shawls or wraps and red-brown beaded garlands around their necks, reading from papers or holding notebooks while sitting cross-legged on red mats. Ceiling lights and framed pictures line the walls, and at the far end a decorated altar area holds deity murti and floral garlands.
