A richly decorated golden palanquin or shrine-chariot glows in darkness, draped with pink, magenta and blue tassels and strung with orange and white flower garlands. In the centre, a deity murti stands inside an ornate gold frame. A figure in a white dhoti stands at the left, waving a large white fan or chamara over the image, and a second dim figure sits at the lower right near the base of the shrine. The black background makes the lit gold ornaments the focus. This appears to be a night-time puja or aarti scene.
