On the stage, a large colourful deity murti or decorated figure stands behind a few people in white clothing near the centre. Hanging banners and small pennants decorate the ceiling, and a brass vessel stands near the front. Several seated people are visible at the left side of the hall. The scene is shot from behind the seated crowd.2011-03-03May 02 20122012-05-02 +2 copiesA photograph of a temple shrine pavilion with red-and-white pillars and orange curtains. In the centre, a deity murti decorated with a large garland of flowers sits on a cushioned platform beneath a golden ornate arch. Two men sit on a red carpet in front of the shrine: the one on the left, in white dhoti and garlands, holds a microphone and a sheet of paper, while the one beside him wears orange robes and rudraksha beads and sits behind brass puja vessels, a bowl of offerings and a plate. To the right stands an empty golden throne with red cushions, and a framed portrait of a saint in orange robes sits on its seat. A red umbrella canopy and potted plants frame the scene. A photo-caption printed copyright line appears in the lower right of the frame.2010-11-05October 30 20102010-10-30 +1 copiesPhoto 11683888 +1 copies
