Visitors crowd around a long white-covered table where two women in white saris with gold borders handle items including rudraksha malas, red beads, small brass and gold items, and religious trinkets. Behind them, framed portraits on the wall show a figure in saffron-orange robes, and a woman in an orange sari with a long braid stands at right. Many people in shirts, saris and salwar kameez browse and look at the goods, and books or prints are displayed on a table at left.2010-01-09A photograph of a busy stall under a draped tent with silver and red fabric. A young woman in white salwar with a white shawl and glasses stands centrally behind a table of devotional items. Several people in white clothes, including women with gold bangles and a man in a white cap-style head covering, are gathered at the table. A man in a dark jacket and a second man in a white shirt handle rudraksha malas. The table holds rudraksha beads, small brass figurines, framed devotional portraits of a saffron-robed figure with long hair, and small packets of items. Three framed portraits sit on the table. Such portraits show a figure in orange clothing and are depictions, not people present at the stall.2010-01-09April 28 20142014-04-28A photograph of a crowded indoor book and merchandise table in a hall with white walls and a wooden louvered cabinet. Two women in saris lean over the table, one in a printed white-and-lavender salwar with bangles, the other in a dark patterned sari with a pinned badge.
