A photograph taken in an indoor hall at night. A long-haired figure in an orange saffron robe sits on a white-draped seat and gently holds the face of a man in a white short-sleeved shirt and white dhoti, who is kneeling close in front of them. A microphone on a stand is at the lower left, a standing fan is behind the seat, and a line of white-clad people stands along the back wall. A green banner with partial English text is at the left edge.2005-11-30November 30 20052005-11-30November 30 20052005-11-30November 30 20052005-11-30November 30 20052005-11-30 +1 copiesFebruary 13 20072007-02-13A photograph of a healing or blessing moment indoors under warm, dim lighting with hanging decorative cloth above. A person with long, dark, curly hair in an orange sleeveless top places a hand on the shoulder of a balding older man in a white short-sleeved shirt and light trousers who bends his head forward. A second woman in an orange-red sari with a bindi stands behind, reaching toward the man's forehead. A badge hangs from the man's neck and another orange-clad person stands at the right edge. The orange-clad figure with long curly hair shows appearance cues but is not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the role is given as a devotee or sannyasi.2010-02-10A seated man in orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a light orange shawl places his right hand on the crown of an elderly man with white hair and a white beard. The elderly man wears a white shirt and kneels forward with his palms pressed together in reverence. Behind them is a red curtain, a white fan, a small framed picture on a side table, and a wall poster showing a figure in an orange turban. The scene suggests a blessing exchange in a hall. Watermarked archive photo text is omitted.A seated figure in a saffron-orange sleeveless robe with long, swept-back dark hair sits on a red velvet and gold throne, smiling as he raises both palms toward an older bald man in a white kurta who kneels before him with hands raised in reverence. Behind them, several people in white and yellow clothing stand near a window, and a seated devotee in white with a red shawl sits to the right. In the foreground are a brass and gold ritual object and a bald head. The setting appears to be an indoor satsang hall with a small oil lamp lit at the upper left.2010-12-02June 04 20062006-06-04Photograph of an indoor gathering in a dimly lit hall with many people in plain white dhotis and shirts standing in the background. In the foreground, a long-haired man in white clothing sits on a white plastic chair and places his hand on the forehead of a seated man in white shirt and dhoti, who sits on a white floor mat. A gold bracelet is visible on the standing man's wrist, and yellow-white flower garlands rest near the chairs at the lower right. The scene appears to be an initiation or blessing during a convention, with the seated devotee receiving the touch.2007-02-24February 13 20072007-02-13 +1 copies
